I called at 8:00 a.m. about a non- functioning door. By 11:00 a.m. it was fixed. I am not close to this business, probably 45 minutes. Fast, professional, courteous! And reasonably priced. Thank you!

I called in the morning, he showed up by lunch and had the door fixed at a very reasonable price in under an hour. Great job and very polite. I will definitely use them again!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. They answer the phone quickly, communicate well, and do exactly what they say they’re going to do. They went the extra mile the entire time. 6/30/22.... UPDATE! Wes made it right! We had a miscommunication / wrong email situation, and upon realizing that... Wes came right out first thing the next day! He is a good guy... knows his doors... and I am so VERY happy I called back to complain. Now Wes is helping me repair a giant bay door that has issues. There is nothing better than a business owner who bends over backwards to make things right with a customer! I highly recommend Wes and his crew!*** 8/15/21... I am so disappointed to write this review. I have been practically begging these folks to repair my big bay garage doors for my workshop for 4 months! He would make promises to stop by.... ,like 4 or 5 times... and nothing.. over and over again. It's just rude right?? After threatening him with a bad review, he finally showed up.. and took measurements.... and then 3 weeks later... no estimate... no calls... nada. I just guess he doesn't like to make money! My home is so lovely that it is obvious I have more than enough money to pay for this job! Whatever. I have to go elsewhere to get this work done.. and it's a shame because Brunks installed these doors in the first place!
