I am a fitness enthusiast and for me the West Geauga Senior Center has a lot to offer with regards to exercise and Fitness. There are exercise classes everyday. And a wide variety of them at that. From chair exercise to chair volleyball, all-around exercise, weight lifting, aerobics ... you name it. It's cheaper than the gym and there is a lot of social activity as well..Movies, card games, group brain games and more. There are many local and far away trips and a lot of camaraderie amongst the seniors.If you are 60 and over, give the West Geauga Senior Center a visit.
