Unhappy, my car was dirty I knew that but, the windows were not cleaned good at all. I have a dog and you could still see where there were paw prints on the back window I had to clean it myself the floor mats were wet along with the cupholders. For what they charge it is not a good price for the work that was done. All of the employees were friendly but the work "NOT SO MUCH!"

They have a new set up for how you pull in to the car wash that is not well signed. I pulled up, they said I had to drive out, and around, talk to someone and get a ticket before I pulled up. I just left.

I have been coming to this car wash for years. I will never go back again. I gave them $30 and the only thing they did was wash the outside of my car and vacuum the floor. They did not wash the windows inside or out. I don't understand how these businesses can go up ridiculously high on their price and their quality of work go all the way down. This is so sad.

Update: I reached out to that email below as soon as they commented. Two weeks later, there has been no response. Additionally, they did not refund me as they promised to do so I have denied the charge on my CC. If 0 was an option… 0/5 stars.
This recently “renovated” car wash didn’t even spray water on my car the first two times around. The third was still not great (light water), but after 25 minutes of getting dragged around and having my car as the guinea pig for troubleshooting I demanded a refund.
Their customer service is abysmal. The Manager and Assistant-who-wants-to-be-big-boss both need attitude adjustments. Instead of speaking with me, they continued to take my car around and around to get it clean. By the time I was visibly frustrated I got a scoff and a “I’m trying to help you”, like I was the problem.
If you want my free car wash ticket, you can have it. This place is horrible. AAA corporate needs to review this location as the product doesn’t work, the employees’ customer service is laughable and my car is dirtier than when it came in…

Customer service was horrible. I sat for 5 mins waiting on someone to offer me service. When they did, I paid $16 carwash with tire shine no vacuum or anything else just a wash. I said no tire shine for the tires that's what I paid for they was like oh. we got you.i said never mind and left. These people kill me with service they want you to have and not what you paid for.

Went here for the first time. Had my sunroof open when I arrived, but since I didnt take the car through the wash myself I didnt fully close it. I was a little confused on how it all worked and nothing was explained well. The employees did not check to make sure all the windows were closed before taking it through and left my sunroof cracked open. They tried to dry out my seats with towels but they were still somewhat wet and the car had a strong soap smell. Didn’t even inform me of what happened until they gave me the keys back. No offer of reimbursement or a voucher or anything. Simply gave me a towel to sit on since the seat was still wet and sent me on my way.

Not worth the money. Wont be back. Very disorganized and they made my car dirtier by spraying inside / windows and don’t wipe it off… the guy who seemed in charge saw it, made my car go through the machine wash part done again then cleaned inside again which was nice but missing many dried out spots from the first round. I felt bad for the guy who tried to make it right but everyone else seemed not concerned of their work.

I'm so disappointed ? although the service I had today was very good, there are changes there that will cause me not to come back. This place is an icon on central parkway. Now, it's going to become a self service car wash? Sad...

Pricing was recently revised to offer 3 diff exterior pricing levels, then you add interior service to either of those. I don't know the specific prices, but I got the premiere (top) level plus interior and it cost me $33.00. I don't mind a higher price as long as I get what I am paying for. In the most recent visit I did not. I paid same price for each of two cars ( mine and my wife's) neither interior windshield was washed, dash board tops were not wiped. They cleaned my rubber floor mats, but not my wife's. Was not a busy day, so no excuse. In Chicago, I can get a thorough hand car wash, air blown dryed for only $20 (see other reviews on here). Won't be going back to AAA.

I paid $28 for a wash/wax and basic vacuum, and window wash. They were also supposed to wipe the dash and cup holders out, they didn't touch the windows, dash, or cup holders. They barely vacuumed the inside but they did a good job drying my car.

I have a monthly subscription over there more than a year now.the Norwood location is 100times better and I always wonder if it’s the same company.some of the employees are just not pleasant at all and one of them has the nerve to say “he is tired of seeing my car”.

Been here a dozen times. Last wash wasn’t very good but needed a clean car. Went there today and it was a terrible experience. Paid $30 for an interior and exterior. The inside of my car is still dirty and the windows are smeared. The exterior doesn’t look good either. Spots and dirt still present. Also, I paid for the tires and they only went halfway around the wheel. I could have spent less money going to a basic car wash, done it myself and had a cleaner car. The people were nice but seemed lazy. Sadly, I won’t be going back to this car wash and I don’t recommend this one anymore.

I came home to visit the name changed I’m like ok it should still be the same boy was I wrong. Windows smeared seat halfway vacuum no smell good for the car. Very disappointed maybe because it was the end of day. Didn’t even pay at the register paid where you get car vacuum I thought that was as odd. I will not be returning..
