  I have been going to Ambiance for several years. The location is always clean and the customer service has always been excellent. Yesterday, I got a standard botanical pedi from Holly. Holly was so full of personality. She was gentle and extremely good at pedi’s. She was able to get my ingrown nail out with NO pain at all! She also kept me smiling through conversation. I can’t recommend her enough!

  I went here on Saturday to get a deluxe French tip pedicure. I looked online for the pricing, saw that it was either $47 or $49 depending on whether you have a master tech or not. Also with a deluxe pedicure, you also get a free glass of wine. I asked for a glass of white wine. I withdrew $60 from my bank account to cover the cost plus the tip. I had Sammy, not sure if she was a master tech or not. She did a good job on my pedicure, no complaints there. She showed me the receipt after I told her I was paying cash and it was $75.78 even with a discount for using cash. I did get shellac, but I didn’t expect it to be a $25+ addition compared to the price on the website. Thankfully I had an additional $16 in my wallet. I barely covered the cost of the pedicure but I didn’t have any cash left over for a tip. She said it was only cash or Venmo for tip. I don’t have Venmo and refuse to use it. The website is wrong about the prices. Where was the mark up? Is that “free” glass of wine really not free? But even then, it shouldn’t cost $25+. I didn’t even get a receipt. She was visibly disappointed when I said I didn’t have enough for a tip and it made me feel bad when I left. I will be finding another nail salon to go to who are honest about their pricing or I’ll do them myself for a lot cheaper with Amazon press on toenails that are already designed.
