Really good food, great service. The only issue I had that the hostess had to clean the table before we got seated and the table top was really wet and I had to ask for paper towels to dry it my self. Otherwise everything was fine.

Applebee's is awesome. The bartenders are so sweet and funny. The food is great and the atmosphere is pretty cool.

Worst service ever! Ordered a Miller Lite 8 minutes later did not get a Miller Lite then bartender tried to argue with me and tell me that the dark colored beer was there Miller Lite. Hostess was great everything else sucked! Got up and walked out when no one came back!

Kevin was our server. He understood very well that we wanted some time to relax and unwind and have a few drinks before ordering any food. Good thing, cuz the drink service was very slow. But, in Kevin's defense, there did not seem to be many servers on duty and they were a little busy. All the food and drinks we had were very good. We both ordered the current promotion "3 for $11.99" combo which included a salad an appetizer and an entree. I was not very happy that the appetizer and entree was brought to the table a whopping two minutes after the salad was served. It was a very long wait to get the salad, again they were little busy, and I don't think the kitchen was running very efficiently. Obviously, ideally you would have received your appetizer then when you were done your salad and then when you were done your dinner and not everything piled in front of you at one time. Other than that it was a good time!

Applebee's has gone downhill. I have been living in this neighborhood for a long time and the food used to be great. Now the food is horrible. Especially when you go around happy hour. They will send you out anything and expect you to eat it. It is time for Applebee's to raise their standards. Applebee's need a whole new menu and a crew that's willing to go the extra mile. Good luck on your future! At this rate Applebee's won't last long☹.

This location is very slow... the waitress was very nice but she was overwhelmed. It took over 3 hours to get our food and when it came some of it was burnt. They tried to replace it... but the replacement order never came. The manager did offer some compensation; however, this was the 3rd time I had an issue at this location. I'm pretty sure I will not return.

The food is okay but the service is just terrible. I have been coming for years and my past visit was by far the worst. So disappointing. The wait was over 10 minutes just for drinks when the restaurant was not even busy. Met my waitress once! But also had four or five different faces. Order was wrong. How do you mess up a burger?! I will be needing a break from this location. 4/28/18 And this is a well done steak???!!!

I wouldn't recommend going to this Applebees because my partner and I had a horrible experience here with a prejudice waitress and ended up leaving the place before ordering food because she didn't want to clean the table and gave us used napkins that were wet. We tried going there again and the service is just very lousy here and don't buy any of their watered down drinks either.... The first time we went this racist lady looked at us like we were garbage and had jelly or something sticky all over the table and barely wiped it with a dry napkin but had nerve to give us some used soaked napkins.

Best wings ever cooked by Ethan or Ean as the bartender called him. Ate at the bar because the elderly hostess wasn't accommodating as to where I wanted to sit. Cat at the bar gave the best service. Unfortunately I had to give them a 4 star because the food runner served me some frozen salsa and celery sticks and tried to act like she didn't know, but when I called her on it she just looked at me weird and left. She didn't even replace my sauce? Environment at the bar was awesome!

Called in an order for pick up. First of all they were out of ribs and baked potatoes. So we decided to go with something else on the menu. Picked up the food at curb side, ask for plasticware only to find out they were out of that too! Like seriously, some folks get food to go to take home, sit down and enjoy the meal. The rest of us are actually eating on the go, but still want to do it with some etiquette!! To top it off my red potatoes were over cooked. Couldn't enjoy the steak or chicken as we had nothing to cut it with! . Does any restaurant serve food as they would eat it these days?!!?? If I would have known they were out of plasticware on top of the entrees that we really wanted. We would have spent our money else where!!!!! Lastly I just wanted to say that the young man (Justin Clark) that was working curbside was nothing but pleasant, from taking the order to bringing it out! He was very apologetic all the while still providing the customer service experience you would want to have while dining out! Thank you Justin for providing excellent customer service ( I called back to the restaurant to get his name)

It used to be that when I'd come in town to visit my parents, it was a tradition to go to Applebee's. Not anymore. Over a year ago, my husband Jonathan wrote a review about the bad experience we had, and he was given a number to call to speak with guest services. We tried calling twice, they never called back. It's a shame because I miss eating at Applebee's, but my family hasn't wanted to go back after having such an awkward experience and feeling like no one ever cared. Even a year later, whenever I see a commercial for Applebee's, all I can think about is that negative experience and how bad the manager made my family feel. My dad simply inquired about the alcohol policy and never asked the waitress to do anything (let alone anything illegal -- you can read the details in my husband Jonathan's review), but from the manager's overblown reaction, you'd have thought my dad threatened to rob the place. It was such an awkward experience for my family, and I am very disappointed that Applebee's customer service never cared enough to call us back. My advice to Applebee's: don't treat your customers like criminals, or criminals will be the only customers you have left.
