Kristen has been my agent for almost a decade. Although, insurance is not something that normally brings us enjoyment, it was a lifesaver when I had a flood and amassed 10’s of thousands in property damage. Kristen was there every step of the way, going above the call of duty. She and her team made a very tragic situation palatable. I received timely updates, she brought things to my attention that I would have overlooked, and she remained patient when my world was falling apart. I can not thank her enough. Having the right agent really makes a difference and she has earned my business for life!
