So I walked in to pay my phone bill about a week ago and they said that I get a Free tablet and my bill would go to $100 a month while they lying about that. Now I pay double on my phone bill this month and I got to pay $110 next month. That's not right so I'm thinking about dropping this company

They really don’t help and just give you the run around. Rude and ignores you if they don’t want to resolve the issue.

Walked in to get the free upgrade after 3 years, nope they do not like that!! You will be pressured into purchasing a new device and line, so false advertising?? If someone goes claiming their prize for being a "great customer" then give them their stuff and stop swindling.
