We stayed in October 2024. Had a great stay, comfortable beds, quiet room despite being off the interstate. Easy access by car anywhere you want. We would stay here again.
Walkability: Nothing close, but easy driving to where you want to be.

Since Marriott has stopped sending me guest satisfaction surveys, I will be sharing my stay experience / feedback here. I am a gold elite member and have stayed 35 nights at Marriott properties this year alone. My wife and I stayed at this property for one night on September 8th. Right when we walked in our room we were hit by this nasty smell that was either body odor or some kind of mildew. It around midnight after traveling all day so we were too tired to try and change rooms. The curtains in the room were very cheap and didn’t block the sun at all so we couldn’t sleep in at all. The AC was VERY noisy and every 10 minutes or so it would kick in with an even louder noise. The water pressure in the shower was minimal. The bath towels were thin and rough (Similar to towels at a motel 6). TV set was old. The breakfast was powder/instant eggs but better than nothing. Only thing good was the location. For $215 a night on a weekday plus $10 for parking, we will definitely not be back
Rooms: They suck

Ok stay. It was definitely geared towards business travelers, which was fine. Nowhere near to eat. Place seemed run down. Room was not as pictured online; suites were pictured as being semi separated...there was no separation. Breakfast was very basic, but fine. Pool was good, lots of seating but only 1 table.
When we initially got there, we didn't have enough towels, so had to go to the front desk. Stayed 2 nights; room never got cleaned. I don't expect a full clean, but it would be nice to get the beds fixed, fresh towels and garbage dumped. Funny part...cleaning cart was outside our door as well as VERY loud cleaning staff for at least a half hour before we left at 10a. Had to go back down to the front desk to get towels for night 2. We left our room a mess because we were stacking garbage everywhere!

My group Wi-Travel has been coming here for the last 4 years and have enjoyed our stay. The staff is great, rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable great for large groups. Location is perfect to get to our venue (Paycor Stadium) in about 7 minutes. Cierra is wonderful with large groups rooms keys are ready for 30 room when you arrive and Frank is very easy to work with to keep the group happy. I will be bringing my group back next year. I just want to thank all the staff for making Wi-Travel stay comfortable and fun.
Rooms: Spacious, Comfortable beds, modern, clean
Nearby activities: Casino, restaurants, Begel stadium
Walkability: There is a nice park across the street

Laura at the front counter was over and above helpful. We were in town at a baseball tournament. She helped us find a restaurant for 40 people. She worked around our baseball schedule we did not know if we were leaving or not pending on whether we won or loss. Cannot say enough good about the staff.

5 Star Experience - except you are REQUIRED to pay for parking & I was told "you're fine" when I specifically asked if the PASS (for car's dash) covered me daily. It states that it's 10.00 per day. Well, it didn't make the parking Free. Marriott doesn't own the lot. You pay whether you park in their lot -or- in the garage. Hmm..
Breakfast was outstanding and was available for a nice long time. Staff great here.
Noteworthy details: I heard a baby crying loudly all the time - well, almost all the time...
Rooms aren't very soundproof. But no traffic noise from 1-71 expressway that's RIGHT outside the window. Conveniently located

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Midtown with my family, and it was a great experience. The rooms are very spacious and clean, which made our stay comfortable. The staff was amazing, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed.
The hotel has a swimming pool and a fitness center, both of which were nice amenities to have. We especially enjoyed the free breakfast every morning – a great way to start the day without any hassle.
The location is convenient, being less than a five-minute drive to midtown. On cooler days, it's even a nice 20 to 30-minute walk. Overall, SpringHill Suites provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend it for families!
Rooms: During our stay at SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Midtown, we were really impressed by the spaciousness of the rooms. Traveling with my wife and two daughters, having ample space is always a priority, and this hotel did not disappoint.
The room was thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of room for all of us to move around comfortably. The layout included a separate sitting area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The beds were large and comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings.
The cleanliness of the room was also top-notch, which added to the overall comfort. The spaciousness made it easy to unwind and not feel cramped, which is often a challenge in hotel stays with a family.
If you're looking for a hotel with roomy, comfortable accommodations, I highly recommend SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Midtown. It made our stay much more enjoyable and stress-free.
Nearby activities: During our stay at SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Midtown, we had the opportunity to explore some fantastic nearby activities, including the Newport Aquarium and the Creation Museum.
The Newport Aquarium is just a short drive away and is a must-visit, especially if you have kids. The exhibits are fascinating and interactive, making it an educational and entertaining experience for the whole family. Our daughters were particularly thrilled with the shark tunnel and the touch tank. It's a great way to spend a few hours, and the variety of marine life on display is impressive.
We also visited the Creation Museum, which is a bit further out but definitely worth the trip. The museum provides a detailed and engaging look at the story of creation from a Biblical perspective, with exhibits that are both informative and thought-provoking. While some of the exhibits might be more suited for older children and adults, the museum also has a zoo and a petting zoo that our kids enjoyed. The combination of educational content and fun activities made it a memorable visit.
Both of these attractions added a lot to our trip, and I'd highly recommend them if you're staying in the area. They offer a great mix of learning and fun, making them perfect for family outings.
Safety: I was very impressed with the hotel's focus on safety. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff takes guest security seriously. The entrance to the hotel requires key card access after certain hours, which gave us peace of mind.
The parking area is well-lit and felt secure, which is always a concern when traveling with family. Inside the hotel, the hallways and common areas are clean and well-maintained, contributing to an overall sense of safety. Additionally, the staff is always present and attentive, ready to assist with any needs or concerns.
Overall, we felt very safe throughout our stay, which added to the comfort and enjoyment of our trip. If you're looking for a hotel where you can feel secure and well taken care of, SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Midtown is an excellent choice.
