Rocco was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Not pushy at all. The reason for three stars is this place can get really busy and probably needs to be better staffed. Too much waiting time.

So so disappointing came in for free phones to switch but they need a deposit I've three hundred and twenty nine dollars for the phone that i'm getting for "FREE" its a joke. Spend 1.5hrs in the store to just be disappointed.

Went to the store after a terrible phone experience so that we could talk with a person. So glad that we did. We worked with Jamarcus, he was a very polite young man. He was very helpful and clear with his explanation! The store manager was also a very pleasant man. I will definitely go back!

Typical salesman, don't listen, only interested in selling something.
Pwr btn on Pixel 6 stopped working due to software push. Salesman of course says that's not it; button doesn't work, need a new phone or have it repaired.
Didn't need a new phone or repair....like I had said.
Android 14 update corrected the non-working power button issue a few days later....... imagine that ???
Keep it moving, like I do, when you realize the person trying to assist you has their own agenda & helping isn't it.
It's like going to a barber, they ask how would you like it cut, then do whatever.
Garbage in - garage out ?
Sure you'll do great though??

I went to the store and were helped by Koh and Caleb! I just wanted them to be recognized bc it was a frustrating situation that took almost 2 hours and they worked hard and I think may have even missed lunch to make sure I left a happy customer.

Do not use this store location. The sales rep spent the majority of the two hours I was in the store hiding in the backroom, added an additional line to my account after I told him no, got an attitude after I declined the insurance and didn't even help me activate my new phone.When I went back to address the new services that were added to my account I got nothing but excuses and once again the sales rep spent more time in the backroom than helping me.Double check your bill and make sure you get everything you are promised that is part of the promotion.*UpdateSo after reading my review someone at the store once again changed my bill without permission, removing only the promotional credit and not the additional line. So triple check that bill before you leave.

Went to get information about a cheaper phone plan for seniors, was handed a phone number, and told basically they couldn't help.And had told me to call the number.I did, but I could hardly understand the person I spoke with. Obviously, they (she) did'nt speak English.I think a New carrier is in my future.

I have had some frustrating phone calls with Verizon n the past which made apprehensive about visiting the store. I was greeted by Matt when I arrived, and he couldn't have been more helpful and patient. Thank you Matt!
