I will preface this by saying that I am a female. If you are a female, you know you have to worry about being taken advantage of when it comes to repair shops. I was nervous to find a good shop to diagnose and repair my 2018 Hyundai Sonata before our family vacation. After speaking with my SIL, she recommended New Lebanon Body Frame & Tech. I called, explained the issue and they got me in quickly. My car was throwing a large emission leak code and had some RPM issues. They first recommended replacing the gas cap (and a severely past due oil change, I was 10k over), as this is a common issue of the code and my gas cap was in terrible condition (showed me the cracks in the rubber seal) and had a strong chance of resolving the issue. They told me if the light came back on, to call back immediately and they would complete a smoke test to determine where the leak was. Unfortunately I have the worst luck and the light did come back on a few days later. I called and they fit me in the same week even though they were booked solid. Within a few hours they called and let me know that they detected the leak and it was my purge valve. They got it replaced and I was back on the road the same day! They were fantastic to deal with! They took their time describing what the issues were and did not try to push any extra things on me. They drove me home the first day so I did not have to sit in the shop waiting. They generally made me feel so much more comfort with the entire process. And they were very fair with pricing as well! I was extremely nervous on the cost of all of this and I was pleasantly surprised when the actual bill came! I am so relieved to have my car back and repaired. I will always recommend these guys to anyone who asks and we are planning on scheduling my husbands truck for some needed repairs!”
“Such a great company and person. I locked my key in my truck Triple AAA said 7 to 8 hr. He came and helped me out between plowing and his super busy day. He said a very fair price but for being such a huge helping and caring I gave him more. Good people deserve more. Thank you! I won't be calling Triple AAA anymore.”
“How nice to deal with such a reputable business. A relative has been a long time well taken care of customer of Action Towing, so when I felt a slight vibration while braking in my Ford Ranger I took it in for a diagnosis. The problem is warped rotors on the front wheels, and while they could have said I need new brakes right away, as I’m sure a dealership would have done and I would have believed because I don’t have the knowledge to know otherwise, they said I might want to wait to replace everything since the brake pads also have to be replaced when replacing the rotors and mine are still perfectly good. As long as I don’t mind the slight vibration I can wait on replacement until the brake pads are worn further. How refreshing. I will be taking my truck there for all of its future needs and I will be recommending to family and friends. We need more businesses like Action Towing and Repair.”

“It's where I always stop and get my gas or my convenient needs it's a great place to go sometimes you got to pedalers out there asking you for money but that's any work cuz there's so many homeless people in the world I try to make sure I always have something to give them they're always pretty nice to you for the area it's in it's the best gas station in the town I'll Trust their gas better than anybody else's gas in my automobile”
