Usually run in for a quick item or 2. Most the employees are nice and helpful. This location rarely have inventory boxes in the aisles. Most times shelves are well stocked. A sketchy customer or someone loitering is around often. Overall I’ll continue to support this store when necessary.

It's a family dollar! Take it for what it is! Convenient!!..They will have what you need or something pretty close to it! Will cost you à extra dollar or two than Marc's or Walmart! But it's a neighborhood store. Sometimes crowded with one cashier. But they try and are all pretty nice! And open till 10!

I go when I need something quick, I always find what I'm looking for, the cashiers are very friendly, especially Faith, that girl is sweet and super friendly

I filled out application. Every time I call to inform the employees of my submission they're unprofessional. Trying to reach manager and employee kept phone off the hook because I kept getting a busy signal. This adult is willing to work on weekends.

This is the worst store I have ever encountered! Most of the staff are rude and obnoxious! They close early. Store hours are until 10, which I understand they don't want you coming in to shop at 9:50, however if you are there at 9:45 and just need to put money on a cash card that takes 2 minutes to complete and they're response is too bad. It's just unacceptable!! They are just rude! Not to mention that they are also the lowest of low. They steal from their own company. Sad, sad.

Terrible! Lines always super long. Boxes and boxes EVERYWHERE! Who knows the last time the stores employees actually completed putting away a truck shipment. Was just there and only one employee in the whole store and was stuck at register trying to get the line down. Last Sunday no one even showed up to open the store til 5pm!!! Needs reliable people apparently! Never used to be this way! Been going here for over 2 years and when i started i was in there everyday! Not now! I avoid that store if i can!

Store wasn't most organized,but in its defense had alot of merchandise. The people stocking shelves weren't the most hospitable, but the cashier made up for it then some,younger lady didn't get her name. I would guess from memory around 26 -28 years of age. She was very polite,made sure I got everything I needed. Thanked me and a friend for our shopping. And that was the reason for the 3 stars

The staff at this location needs to be fired. The 2nd shift manager accused my children of stealing merchandise from the store. Instead of her taking proper protocols and restricting them from coming to the store and requesting to speak with a parent to address the alleged allegations. The manager took her frustrations to another child. My daughter returned there to speak with her directly and she was very dismissive and said where is your mother and said she don't talk to kids. You don't talk to kids but you reported the matter to my son who is a minor child. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. I contacted the store location this morning to discuss the matter further and was refused contact information for a area manager. The employees at this location is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. The person answering the phone is incoherent. This is the problem with the city of Cleveland and why the higher statistics for the worst happens here. There is a lack of education and incompetent workers being placed in authoritarian positions. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager have been having inappropriate interactions with customers. They have some of the nastiest attitudes. Aways remember what goes around comes back around. They need new leadership. You offered to provide footage to my 16 year old son but you don't speak to kids? There have been numerous conversations taken place with my son who Is also a KID. They are disorganized and need to be replaced. FYI I will take matters to corporate for sure. Be prepared for legal action if your behaviors continues. JUST GHETTO AND CLASSLESS!

Love this family dollar the manager at night she is awesome she works well with the male cashier , however the owner needs to hire security guards for this place that women should not be walking out at night time closing by her self with such bad crime,in the area, yal need to salute her she holds that place down as a worker manager security guard if she's not catching the new girl up with her lines , she stocking if she's not stocking she taking trash out I mean she holds that place down her and the younger guy,, family dollar should raise they pay cause with out the two of them that family dollar would be shut down appreciate your workers family dollar cause those two rock !

Unorganized, understaffed, very unprofessional, ghetto-hood-like attitude manager "off the clock" rushing a senior citizen customer and street clothes on the customer side of the register by the entrance door repeatedly telling the cashier that she really needs to speed it up because she needs to pull $60 from the cash register and give it to her immediately(for her personal use I would assume)... That's also mention that when I walked out and I said very unorganized she had the nerve to follow me out and try to confront me and say; "y'all want to always complain about us here at the store to us but nobody wants to call corporate" .... Well guess what lady I'm not from your area but my family does and they rely on this Family Dollar to do their minimal shopping sometimes and believe me after today Monday corporate will be hearing from me I guarantee there probably were no cameras available to witness such nasty unprofessional poor customer service I wouldn't even consider a customer service at this point.
