The worst credit union they are complete liars, they never answer the phone, and they make every effort to alter your credit score for the worst. I do not recommend to ANYONE!!!!

DONT BANK HERE .THEY CHARGE YOU A FEE TO GET CASH BACK AT STORE ..AND TODAY I waited 45 minutes for a replacement card after being told that it would take 15 min then they proceeded to see 10 other people that arrived after me and after i started to co.plained after the branch litterally closed then she proceeded to print off a card in less than 5 minutes meaning she could have done this all along. Unprofessional from the teller to the manager as soon as my loan is paid I will withdraw l all my money and bank elsewhere it was a good credit union u til PSE TOOK OVER DONT BANK HERE

worst financial institution I have had the misfortune of dealing with in my six decades on earth. the website is a complete mess. they keep changing how you make a payment. and it is never intuitive. I have seriously considered refinancing my loan at a higher rate just to stop the incredible frustration of trying to make a payment.

Any consumer should be aware that a local credit union will not have all the bells and whistles of a regional or national bank. Almost every negative review I’ve read is looking for big bank service.I used PSECU to get an auto loan on a used car. Today, it’s much harder to find good interest rates for older vehicles. I shopped around for two months and PSECU was 3%-9% lower than big banks or dealer financing.I waited to write my review until after I’ve made some payments, but so far I couldn’t be happier. Their online payment system is outdated but allows for easy payments and re-occurring payments. Statements are only by mail it seems (which is tough for me) but you can sign up for a text or email reminder which works perfectly. I had to go into a branch to get the check for my vehicle, but again, that’s typical for a small, local credit union.If you’re looking for complete online banking or never having to call, go to a big bank. But if you’re looking to save money and have patience, the team was great to work with. From receptionists, basic tellers, my loan manager and the branch manager - everyone was friendly and helpful.

Individual attention for the needs of the customer.Specialized time for customers needs, and this may cause a delay in getting through, yet you know that you are important, no matter the issue, so every customer is their priority.It's an old fashioned one to one banking instituon. Why do I have to pay $10 Every month for you to be able to use any money that I have in my account for whatever you do with it. And why is it so difficult to make a bank to bank transfer from the credit union? I am having a difficult time trying to do that.

I had to come into the branch to get a new debit card because I was the victim of fraud. It appeared that only one employee knows how to create a new card. That person was out of the branch at the time I showed up. I had to fill out paperwork twice because they said I have the wrong address. The paperwork didn't specify the mailing address or physical address. My ID, ss#, signature card, and accounts say I am who I am but apparently being the victim of fraud gets you no where at PSE Credit Union. Making the trip out to Parma was fun until I got to the branch. You might want to pack some snacks while you wait folks and make sure you give yourself enoughtime if you're busy. Nothing quick or convenient about this location.

Terrible customer service... I have been leaving messages everyday for a week with no response. I live out of state so can't come in.... will be leaving messages every hour till someone takes notice.

I recently was changed from Ohio's First Class Credit Union (OFCCU) to PSE Credit Union because they merged. It has been less than one month since they merged and I am very disappointed and unhappy with their service...or more accurately...their lack of service and poor customer support !! They limit daily withdrawals to $300 per day regardless how much you have in your account and charge fees for everything, including a balance inquiry, even when you use a network ATM!! I was with OFCCU for more than 15 years and was very satisfied but plan to close my account and direct deposit of my pension to a bank this week! I read the other customer comments on this site and they were all negative except one. I agree with all of the negative comments and would not recommend this credit union for anyone, especially seniors!!

By far the most inconvenient banks to bank with! If you have a problem don’t try to call them cause they won’t pick up! Leaving a message doesn’t help either cause I’ve left five and nothing! I have been calling for two weeks straight! I live out of town and they make getting your money so hard! Will be closing the account immediately!! Absolutely horrible!THE COMMENT THEY LEFT UNDER THIS POST IS INACCURATE! THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED AND NOW THERE ARE RANDOM AND MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES AND FEES COMING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS IT WILL BE HANDLED! When???

My Credit Union was merged with this one and so far the experience is horrible was missing funds ATM card wasn't working and of course no one answers calls will be closing soon and putting my money in better hands
