Not a very good experience. $4 for 4 minutes is the only option and none of the machines return any sort of change. I did not realize you are forced into the $4 for 4 minutes and lost $3.50 due to thinking I could pay per minute. The facilities are not well maintained and the automatic washers card reader doesn't work. Overall a waste of time and money. Go to the Rainforest Car Wash or Clean Express Auto Wash. So much potential but essentially a waste of time and money for subpar everything.

This used to be a go-to self car wash experience. They have upped the price and cut down the time to use it in one winter. Used to be cheap and a good experience. The handle isn’t even on the nozzle correctly making the water spill everywhere on yourself. Spend a couple extra dollars and go to an automatic car wash without getting soaked and properly cleaned since you don’t have enough time to wash and rinse now.

I used to come to this car wash all the time but it’s not worth it anymore. Raised their prices to 4$ for 4 minutes.The handle leaked the entire time. My shoes are drenched from the leaking handle and the cord is too short to even manipulate the nozzle so you have no choice but to get wet. You can go to rainforest car wash down the street, pay 5$ and get an automatic wash. Why would anyone pay 4$ for 4 mins to use broken equipment???

If I could give zero stars I would. The phone number doesn’t work. It has been disconnected. I just spent four dollars and none of the options on the self car wash would work. So if you’d like to put money in and get nothing out choose this car wash.

Mayfield Rd location is a scam operation. No staff, help number is disconnected and no way to receive a refund for cash. One side is inoperative and yet still able to accept cash with no refund and is not blocked off or marked as broken. Not affiliated with the other Ultimate Wash locations.

Card swiper doesn’t work. Not sure cash would have either… if no one can use it you should probably just shut it Down. Extremely disappointed.
