I was so glad to see Morgan as a teller at this location. She is personable, efficient, and keeps the line moving quickly.
However, the other services leave much to be desired. There is no sign-in system, so customers needing assistance beyond deposits or withdrawals are left waiting for someone to notice them. I waited over 25 minutes just to get a document notarized. With today’s technology, they could easily improve efficiency— even my doctor’s office has a digital sign-in system to ensure staff knows who is waiting for help.

I asked twice about getting a home equity line of credit and both times the lady said she was going to get back to me or transfer me over to someone else that could help me. It's been over a month and they still haven't got back. At first they insulted me offering way less then I had in it, then they wouldn't explain a good reason for the price they offered. This bank is lousy, the women there would rather worry about talking about the men in the drive in, then helping the customers inside! Seen first hand!

I am giving Huntington Bank in Columbiana a five star. They have a great team there, and they are all customer service oriented. I had a problem that was serious. My pay direct deposit didn't come and Tina Guido (Relationship Banker) went out of her way to research and find the problem. The problem was the other bank not Huntington's. While I was there people came just to visit Tina she is so well liked. I am not a big business but she still cared. The other tellers and people in the bank showed compassion too, and helped me get a time slot because she was packed with appointments. I also had some help and coordination with Huntington's customer service and ACH team and they were great to me. I have no complaints honestly. I was so distressed because my pay was sent from another bank and somehow the file was cancelled by that bank by accident. It took persistence and kindness over 6 days to get the other bank to find out what the problem was. Great team at Huntington !! Thank you also for your early pay program too. !!

Went to the drive-thru. Responded by a representative as soon as we pulled up. They were very polite and ask if we needed anything else after we made our deposit.

I pulled up to the drive through at 5pm. There was a car still being helped and we pulled behind them. THEN the light was dipped to red. When the car in front of us finished, the woman inside told her to send the tube in, even though we were there in time. Not cool. They also take FOREVER to do anything, whether it be inside or at the drive through. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.

Here for a notary, had an appointment for 2. Both notaries took back others who came in after us. Never checked with staff to see who had an appointment. When we spoke up we were asked if we could come back later. No point in making an appointment just come whenever you want and jump in front of others who have been waiting. Then we were told they scheduled 3 people for the same time by the notary. An hour after our scheduled time we are done with something that took 10 min.

Love Huntington Bank. Never did me wrong. This branch has one elderly lady that looks at me like I'm some scumbag or something. Every time I deposit a check with her it takes forever. Everyone else just takes the check ( it's a Huntington check from a very reputable customer of theirs for the past 40 years) and deposits it, usually my phone alerts me immediately. Not when she does it, she never remembers me and types a lot more into her computer than anyone else, like she literally puts a hold on my check on purpose. I go to the bank at the same time on the same day of the week. Basically, I'm pretty sure she's profiling me. Which is a joke. I'll drive all the way to Salem from now on, at least they treat me with respect and I don't get dirty looks.
