I always have a great experience donating with limited wait times. Staff is friendly and experienced! Cleanliness is never in the question! They run promos for shirts and gifts to encourage donations!

This was my second time giving blood and was my personal best! I was in and out super quick and the people working there were very nice! I did my quick pass before I got there so I didn't have to waste time answering questions. I donated in 4:02 minutes and was perfectly good to go. They provided juice n cookies to help with blood sugar and I left with a smile. It's always a good feeling knowing you were able to help the community.

I have donated blood at various locations (both dedicated spaces and temporary set-ups) for years, and have discovered this permanent location not too far from my home. The staff here is great - they are personable and professional. I am making this my go-to location!

Marvin is the absolute best. I had the pleasure of working with him to get my hemoglobin up (I’ve had issues with anemia on and off since high school) and was finally able to donate a second time. A previous attempt to draw from someone else went horribly and I was very nervous. Thankfully Marvin was in and out, comforting the whole time, and I am so thankful for his professionalism and humanity throughout the process. Thank you! I’ll be back!

Ok I tried again to donate , nope. This time I had Marvin to check me in and do my assessment. I arrived early and he took me right in. I mention this because I did that a few weeks ago and had to sit for 15 minutes despite there being no appointment before me , soooo thanks Marvin! He was friendly and cheerful. I like that .

Ive donated almost 8 gallons (6x a year for 15 years) there and its the best experience possible. May be for Nationwide associates only, though.
