  This branch is ridiculous. Tellers,although friendly,are completely overwhelmed. The manager is almost non existant. Never enough staff to handle volume of customers. If my paycheck was not drawn on huntington I would avoid this branch in a hearbeat. I would give this branch 1/2 star

  Every time you come here the line is so long got to wait over a hour got the manager walking around in circles they move so slow need to hire people. Take about 30 mins to a hour wit one customer need an express Lane or hire people this ridiculous I would take a picture of all the people here. Just shit this place down they don’t even be trying to move the line

  Customer service was mediocre. Asked about a perk on my account and didn’t even bother to look it. Additionally after further investigation they didn’t even put the bonus promotion on my account that motivated me to choose Huntington for my banking. I feel cheated.

  lady at the clerks bench is racist and biased we came 5 times to open and account and everytime she would heard we wanted to open an account she got up to leave. I have been banking with them for years now and this is the worst location. Very unprofessional staff

  I was the victim of a scam, and immediately reported it to the bank. Instead of helping me, the bank closed my accounts and refused to allow me to open another account, saying that “you don’t qualify for a second chance.” Then they reported me to the credit bureaus.

  I have banked at Huntington for many years, and will continue to do so. However, I was taken aback by one of the staff members there today. I was conducting business with a teller and she, Anastasia, came over and told my teller that she needed him. She did not say that he could see her AFTER his interaction with me. I was his customer and he was helping me. I thought it was rude of her to interrupt him as though my business there was less important than whatever she needed him for. I don't see much good customer service anymore, but expect it at my financial institution. I guess I shouldn't.
