My fiancé and I went to this location and wanted to look at wedding bands. My fiancé picked out the perfect one for me and we asked the sales associate who was helping us to put it as a favorite on his account. The sales associate went through the motions of adding it as a favorite to his account and a few days later he checked his account and she never added it!! Now we have to try and find that wedding band again!
I am very disappointed. This same sales associate acted like it was a hassle to clean my fiancé’s necklace. It’s sad the treatment received varies store by store, every store is a Jared’s and every store should treat their customers the same!!!

We found our wedding bands here! My fiancé and I had a great experience with Lisa who took the time to listen to us and suggest great recommendations. Lisa was so understanding when we didn’t purchase my ring right away which I was grateful for. Excited to officially wear my wedding band in June!

They are the best! They really treat him very well, and they also speak in Spanish. Enrique and Omar, when you go, ask for them! They will treat you very well, they helped me a lot with the engagement ring for my fiancee. I recommend it!

Bought the Tag Heuer E3 from Omar a few months ago and he assured me if anything ever came up, he would do his best to take care of any problems. Here we are a few months later and just like he said, he called, coordinated, and assisted with great customer service. My watch is working with zero issues and Omar was there every step of the way. Amazing customer service!!

I haven’t worn my wedding ring even though I’ve been married over a year because Jarod’s told me to take the ring that was too big to get married in and they would exchange it for the proper size when the right size was available. They’ve never called me. I’ve taken my wife’s rings to Jarod’s 2x to get cleaned and reminded them about my ring but now they’re trying to tell me too much time has passed and it’s not returnable. How unprofessional.

Jared did such an amazing job on both my fiancé and my wedding ring! It was overall the absolute best experience I have ever had with a jeweler. Enrique was knowledgeable, helpful, and the rings are perfect! We are so happy!!! I will recommend Jared to all my family and friends.

I brought my heirloom ring in here to see if they could fix it as one of the diamonds fell out of the inset bands. This ring has 7 sapphires and three rows of diamonds around it. A really nice lady attended me quickly but then came back and advised I go to a "mom and pop shop" to see if one of those places could fix it. Apparently, they weren't "comfortable" fixing this ring because it was older, and they thought they would do more harm than good. Unbelievable, I am not about to take an HEIRLOOM ring to some "mom and pop shop!". I took it to Kay Jewelers right across the street and they did an AMAZING job REFURBISHING the ring, which was a service that wasn't even offered here at Jared.I'm really happy that I went with KAY (trusted brand for me) and that I was turned away from Jared. My ring has never looked better! Thank you, Jared associates, for directing my business elsewhere!!

Do not buy from this company!They are not honorable in their customer service. Purchased a diamond bracelet for my wife as a anniversary gift knowing it would need to be sized. Sales clerk said no problem, bring it back and we’ll take care of you…Now they want to change me $150.00 for the repair, not sizing. Hence, the bracelet has never been worn…

I would recommend Jared to any of my friends of family. We worked with Enrique and he was kind and patient about helping us pick the perfect product. He made sure that if he was going to sell us something we were 100% happy with it and I can’t appreciate that enough. He was never pushy or rude and the entire experience was amazing and I will shop with Jared for all my jewelry needs going forward.
