I'm a mother of 5 who can't even bring her children in the store due to not security but an employee named Aaron blonde hair blue streaks female in her twenties apparently she's paranoid and thinks everyone steals in fact the last five visit I've encountered a issue with security upon leaving me cause Everytime this girl sees me she feels the need to get on the speaker to call security to come babysit me while I self checkout I even told security I know she called you I watched this girl run to the phone as soon as she seen me to get on the loudspeaker to get security and then she involved another employee who I happen to like how embarrassing seriously even security told me your right she did come get me and my advice call corporate because it's the second time even security knew she was Harrassing me because they watched me scan everything and the girl was mad I wasn't stealing!!!! So I got one question to Kroger's are your cashier's now assets protection as well that's pretty low to pressure your employees to catch theirs so much that their targeting customers who spend thousands on a weekly basis I have a cart full and I'm scanning all my items and yet I got cashier's harassing me even after the fact and as far as security aren't they they for protection of the employees and customers so why do the feel so obliged to jump Everytime this girl Aaron gets a whim that someone is stealing the sad part is is technically the first incident was the hand held scanners fault bc it didn't scan my detergent no I had issues with the self checkout so the cashier manually entered my card even knowing that the detergent wasn't gonna be paid for she didn't say anything she allowed me to make a fool of myself and had security check me instead so now I'm being harassed Everytime I come in due to a technical difficulty hint to Kroger's before you end up with a lawsuit for harassment like Walmart retrain your employees because this girl is on a power trip and the next customer might not be as nice as me people get killed for less everyday in case you don't watch the news. I'm going to be recording the next time I go in and Im gonna directly send the video to Kroger's along with the last video of her running to the register to call security then. Running to the other end of the store to have another employee babysit me until security got there and btw I want my Gatorade they made me pay for twice because the security guard didn't see me scan it first because he wasn't there yet but happened to be the first thing on my receipt scanned so I ended up paying for something twice out of confusion because they told me I didn't pay and accused me of trying to steal it then security was to incompetent to read the abbreviation for Gatorade on my receipt which is why their there for protection and not assets control you want assets control well you should hire a company that specializes in it not just following orders from cashier's the day before yesterday security had no reason to harass me they did because they were instructed to by employees and if you speak to the other security they can verify my presence as three of them different security guards have been called on me on different occasions I want action taken against Aaron or I will record the next time she does it and I will report back to my attorney because I do have the money to do so and at this point I will gladly spend it to be able to take my children to pick out their own popsicles again without being treated like a criminal

Every time I do pick up, they bag heavy items with fragile items (bread, produce) and gets ruined. Then the teenagers that pack your car, just throw all the heavy bags on top of the fragile items and things get further ruined.

We had a cart FULL of groceries and upon checking out, we were directed to the SELFCHECK-OUT!!!! WHILE WE WERE "BEING OUR OWN CASHIER" THERE WERE SEVERAL EMPLOYEES JUST STANDING AROUND, ONE GIRL WAS STANDING AT THE BAGGING AREA IN THE LANE NEXT TO US DOING NOTHING!! I went and put my groceries in my car and came back in to get a propane exchange and was told the office was lock up for the night and refused an exchange. While I was walking out Caleb (he was the one who said no) said well yes the office is closed but we don't have any propane. If you don't have propane to exchange then you should say you are out of it instead of refusing to sell because the office is locked up. The security guard was the ONLY person who helped and thats not his job! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Just needed to get a bottle of liqour for my family's xmas party. THIS GUY thought my grief was funny as he laughed at me while i walked away after being denied entrance.
I get you wanna go home, but other people had to work today too. Ill be shopping at walmart, meijer, and target from now on. Thanks for ruining our party.

Had a bad experience with this security guard November 26th. As I’ve looked through reviews it seems this isn’t the first issue with the employees of this security company…get it together. There are MULTIPLE reviews about them being rude to customers that have not done anything wrong!! Kroger needs to listen to their customers here. Reliable Protection Services is the company, the reviews on their page are bad too.

This sugar used to be tan in color and great now it's white and bleached just like the other sugars I stopped buying .

The security person is was awful, I just ask if he know why the electric car by the pharmacy is no work, he answer the really rude way, he say how dare I for ask the stuff to him, he is a security, go speak with the manager and argument more stuff I can even write here

This is the dirtiest, most poorly managed Kroger i’ve ever seen. I just paid $10.49 for a single serve frozen meal. I could tell there was something wrong with it when I got home and opened it. I looked at the expiration date (Couldn’t check it in the store because you have to remove the inside bowl to see it), it’s expired 8 months ago. This is not the first time that I’ve found stuff at that location that expired even over a year ago. This time, however it could make someone very sick because of the ingredients. I called the store to tell them to pull the old food from the shelf before someone gets sick, waited on hold for over 15 minutes to talk to a manager and no one ever picked up. They need to just demolish that place and start over.

I love this Kroger. But today I experienced a security gaurd that parked his car right in the emergency lane in front of the building. He wasn't even in the car. I politely asked him if he could move the car. I work as a state director for the school system and blocking these emergency lanes is just wrong and against state fire code. The guard was power tripping and simply said no. Kroger management please enforce the state fire code and keep the emergency lane clear from your arrogant security gaurd.

I like krogers so much I went to 3 in one day to find what I wanted. It was a kroger brand item.
