I am starting a gutter business and wanted a KWM 5/6 combo. Brian worked me up a price and when ask if I could put half down and the balance when the machine came in and before I picked it up he said NO. I would need to be approved by their credit department. I said I am a start up but I do own 4 chiropractic clinics and 30 rentals just don't want my credit pulled when I am essentially paying cash before it leaves their building.
Well I called Modern builders in Mansfield and Candy was glad to write that up for me since it really is not credit.
I did ask Brian to talk to his manager as he , the way I understood it was just a salesperson, and he said NO.
I did get a better price from Modern for the same set up so thanks BRIAN I will be buying all my supplies and future machines from Modern Builders!

Arguably one of the worst companies I've ever worked with. Avoid Lansing sub-contractors....period. They broke our bannister from slamming their ladder against our house, undersized gutters for our house, multiple leaks onto our patio and the north side of our house. The installers were rude, unprofessional, terrible communication....the worst $2,500 I've ever spent. Not to mention bulldog gutters are completely overrated. Buy a plastic meshguard and install it yourself. Live and learn.
