Worst Sam's Club I've been to, and I've been to more than my fair share. Everything was slow, unorganized, and chaotic even for Sam's Club. It was super busy and half the check out lanes were closed, lines were crazy slow. The self check out lanes were slowed by many lanes having issues that needed an employee and yet the employee showed no urgency.
The cafe has 3 people working it but in 15 minutes I stood in line, before abandoning, they didn't even take 2 full orders and I saw food come out for only 2 people while 2 of the cafe workers were just standing, doing nothing and the cashier lady was the slowest, least efficient cashier I've seen in a long time.

I have a shop at Sam's Club before but not at this one so this was a great place to shop I will recommend it to anybody after I graduate I would love to find a job at Sam's Club

First time ordering online so I was very shocked to see my order delivered in a open box sams club couldn't seal the box or more or less give me one with a lid. Thank goodness it was stolen.

Positive shopping experience at Sam’s Club! Some of what I got: their fresh coconut is delicious, the pomegranates are packed with health benefits, and the smoked salmon is absolutely tasteful.
A special recognition to Ms. Quetta at self-checkout—her customer service is outstanding! She went above and beyond to check flower availability for me and was incredibly helpful both days I visited. Her kindness and dedication are rare to find.
Sam’s Club is lucky to have her!
