This felt restrictive compared to other retailers like Costco, which offer much more generous return policies.Alternatives: If you're looking for a store with a smoother return experience and potentially longer return windows, I recommend considering Costco instead. While Sam's Club's Plus Level membership does offer the perk of free shipping on many items, the hassle of their return process outweighs any potential benefit.Overall: Unfortunately, my experience at Sam's Club Easton was negative, primarily due to the slow and unhelpful return service. These people are very rude, I wanted to report them and the manager told me that they don't work there, I don't know about you, but I think they do work there.

For polite customer service and clearly identified signage. I would give an actual zero Stars. Will not be renewing my membership, this is an ongoing problem at this store.

Lord why don’t any locations answer the customer service desk call?It’s Jan 18 2024 5pm .I have called Morse rd , reynoldsburg, & Dublin , just trying to get an answer to a simple question because I do not have a car and cannot afford to waste money or time …Not sure where all the employees are but your phones are ringing !

Long lines at checkout. Great prices on dog food. The same poor check out service. > Moving ahead, much better experience than the last time check out was fascinating compared to the last time.

The staff was nice very helpful took my individual from Goodwill Columbus to have there lunch there i didn't know that I had to use my sams card to eat there I guess I will be using guess pass next time .

Become a new member on 11/22/23 and shopper for a 2nd time on 12/3. After I opened the black grapes today this is what I saw!I called the customer services and it was nice that they refunded me without me going to return it to the store. While I appreciate the return & refund, Sam’s Club plz do better inspecting your perishables for the health of your customers!

The store is great, great seasonal items, clothing, etc. But the star reduction is for the Cafe. It keeps going downhill. The order online feature I at first was really excited about But after a few uses I realized that the employees never noticed the orders and I ended up standing there three times longer than if I had just ordered at the register. The food is still great, just not staffed to keep everything moving, so your wait can be long at times. The soda machines are hit and miss with ice and soda and no more real lemonade.

I've been going here for about the last 13 years. Yesterday was my absolute most frustrating with Sam's club. Felt like canceling my membership, like they canceled my pick up order. You can't call to let them know if you have an issue and need more time. They don't answer the phone. The person that did just said I CAN'T HELP YOU, THEY'RE IN ANOTHER DEPARTMENT. Customer service gets a negative score.I will add that I have NEVER had issues like this here before. They're usually pretty decent at service, etc. I'm hoping this is not the new trend or I will certainly be terminating membership.

Spent 45 minutes on hold for an issue with a pick up order. I was asked what I needed twice, put on hold without actually talking to me 3 times and hung up on once. The IRS has better customer service. Same hold music though.
