I want to give a shout out to Kyle, who helped me today at Sherwin-Williams. He is a young man, but really seem to have it all together with customer service and multitasking. I will definitely visit the Sherwin Wiliams again.

Fast and easy service and transaction. Only one employee but he was rocking it! Answering phones, helping with paint, filling orders. Great multitasker. I think his name was Ryan? Anyway, great work.

I am a designer and have always been very satisfied with the products, the sales people and the full experience of working with the employees. I help people select colors for their walls and surfaces. Sherwin Williams is my preferred paint store.

With the ongoing issues with paint being unavailable due to global supply chain issues it is hard to critique a store for not having something, but the inability to get samples at this point is pretty limiting. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly at the store, that's great, not their fault that they cannot fill requests. But this does mean that they cannot get five stars.

The VP of Marketing should be FIRED, not the Tiktok guy. Biggest failure I’ve heard of recently for someone in a senior management position. Completely out of touch with what’s relevant and shameful to be calling yourself remotely anything close to Marketing.
