The pharmacy is a joke! I called to transfer prescription and they said I never called when I went in person to verify. After going inside, I called again the next day hoping the prescription was ready, they said they never saw me. When I decided to move it to CVS, they told the pharmacist they didn't have my prescription at all. After another attempt from the CVS pharmacist, they mysteriously found 1 of 2 prescriptions. I think this place needs a new pharmacy staff, these guys are clueless.

I have been a CVS customer for decades. I love CVS. I had an opportunity to give Walgreens a shot and they absolutely blew it. I had a prescription sent to CVS and because Walgreens could give it to me for about $10.00 less on a Good RX code only because of that, I agreed to have it transferred to this Walgreens location. It was transferred on a Thursday. On Saturday midday going to pick it up they could not find it anywhere nowhere. Thursday I spoke to a representative of Walgreens on the phone created a profile for my pet for this Veterinarian prescription went through all the things to set up a profile. Everything was set. Saturday- No prescription at all and no information about it when I showed up today to get it. I drove back to my regular CVS to try to fill it because obviously as a prescription for a pet I must get it. CVS gave me a print out that showed it was sent to Walgreens on that Thursday and provided the pharmacist name of who it was sent to. That pharmacist failed to enter the information which is why they couldn’t find it for me, which is why I wasted an hour on a Saturday afternoon on my day off trying to get needed medicine for my older, frail pet. The pharmacist on duty Saturday at Walgreens assisted me by phone to get it “transferred” back to CVS though it was never in their system the paper work sent was sitting around? I don’t know. Then I had to wait on a busy Saturday at CVS to fill it. The time wasted the frustration Walgreens caused me and paying double the amount for the product because I need it now, knowing for a fact with proof by CVS the pharmacist received it on Thursday failed to do her job. I could’ve checked another store on pricing from Thursday to Saturday, but I thought Walgreens had it taken care of. I’m so displeased with Walgreens. I will never step into another store ever again ever.

This place is like a different store over the past year. They have improved so much and their score should go up to reflect that.
Alania and a fairly new Pharmacist just crush it. They are always kind and patient with customers no matter how stressful those customers can be. They both deserve a promotion and raise.

Worst experience ever with the pharmacy and pharmacist. Three times in a row messed up my prescriptions. Horrible customer service or care about my wellbeing. Prescription messed up is critical and they sat on it all day. When I expressed my frustration Ibrahim the manager just told me to go to a 24 or location and hung up.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever tried to use. I only recently came to the area and started using this Walgreens. They tried to tell me my medication was $11,000 and my insurance wouldn’t cover it, all because they made a clerical error and tried to give me 10x the dose I normally get. It took 3 weeks to get it resolved and finally got them to “order” my medication for me. After the third time that they told me they had “ordered” it, and that it would be there within a day or two (still isn’t there two weeks later) I finally went to another Walgreens pharmacy. Avoid this place if you can….

Progressively worse every time I use them. Awful hours and wait times. Inaccurate alerts about prescription availability.
Won’t be long and all Walgreens stores will be spirit Halloween stores.

This pharmacy is a joke. I’m too mad to describe how horrible all of my experiences have been. The pharmacist is RUDE and can not admit when HE makes a mistake. Trying to blame me for taking more of my medicine than I have. When he already filled the perception WRONG twice.and the latest this pharmacy is open is 7:00 pm IF you are lucky. Run far away, this place is trash.

It’s a shame. I’ve been a loyal Walgreens customer for years. Lately things have gone down hill. For example, I submitted two prescriptions a week ago, apparently they didn’t have enough time to fill both.

I rarely write reviews but the service with this pharmacy has been dreadful for a long time. The wait time, whether inside or the drive through, is atrocious. The drive through has been a problem for some time, and on many visits there it was completely closed down due to "insufficient staffing". Tried calling today to receive clarification several times and received a busy tone each time. A busy tone in this day and age is unacceptable, it should at least go to voicemail. Unsure exactly what the problems are but the service with this pharmacy is dreadful....

The check out clerk, Dakota, was very unpleasant & unprofessional. This person did not demonstrate any customer service skills. Terrible service. This needs to improve.
