This year I give my tax specialist a 5 at the Coshocton Ohio Walmart - but the last 2 years they royally screwed up my taxes and I had to fight to make it right. I only gave a different location another shot because they've done my taxes for so long. Last year the franchise I went to- the owner didn't even know the tax code!

I recommend if your needed your taxes filed Go to Jackson Hewitt there team is amazing start to finish they are efficient polite very thorough and will take all the time you need to answer any questions you have you will be very pleased with your experience thank you JH Team :)))

My wife and I had our taxes done here on 2/17 and we were lied to about our stimulus rebate credit from when my wife had not received her $600 second stimulus payment. It’s been over 3 weeks and we still do not have our taxes or any answers as to why other than it’s going to take an additional 10 weeks to process. Also, we only received one $1400 stimulus payment and we are a family of 6. I want a refund from Jackson Hewitt!

Never use them again. Did ours on Feb 6th and we are still waiting . He didn't do correct paperwork and now it says my information doesn't match when I try to see about my return.

Brian started my return but I didn't have everyting I needed. I went to Millersburg and was able to finish my return.
