I have only brought my car here to be serviced and only once did they make a small mistake but were quick to correct it. Very friendly staff and overall fast turn around time for repairs. They also record a video of what they found wrong or any other recommendations for replacement, which is extremely helpful if you plan to do any repairs yourself and they catch something you didn't.

Awful customer service. We brought a car in because the check engine light was on. Never got a phone call. Just texts. Called to talk with the mechanic, just got put on hold and then sent to a voicemail. Left a message, no call back. Went in, he wasn't there, even though they told us on the phone he was. Asked for some one to please call us about the car. All we got was a text that the car was ready to be picked-up. Got there, asked about the car, the person told us he didn't work on it, it's all on the paper and then acted like we weren't even there. You drop a car off, pay money to have it looked at and these employees act like you're an inconvenience to them. Just awful. 1 star because zero isn't an option.
Edit 7/31
Audi reached out and asked if we could call them to resolve this one star review. We couldn't get anyone to call us, even after explicitly asking for a call, but now they can talk on the phone. They also insinuated that the condition of the car and resulting diagnosis was some how the reason for the one star review. It wasn't. Saying we are in a "bad situation" when you couldn't possibly know anything about our situation, what does that even mean? That we are so upset the car has problems we took it out on Audi Cuyahoga Falls through a Google review? No, the customer service was awful. Period. And no, we will not call, the one star review stays.

I have been treated with the upmost disrespect by Bruce L. and the Audi staff. I have requested the service manager Tony and Kenny and to no avail, never spoken to either. I brought my Audi to the shop for what cost me out of pocket $2k and my Allstate warranty $3k for brakes, and calipers. It has been a nightmare. They put a caliper on my vehicle that did not match my other 3 red ones. A week later my vehicle was back making the same exact noises and having the same exact brake issues that brought me in for repairs. Bruce has treated this as if it is of no urgency to him-$5k later. I have an appointment for more than a week after I had to go up there to be taken half serious. Possibly the right gender or the right skin color can get better results here at this place of business. Otherwise don’t waste your time on these crooks. Less stress is better for the money you pay for your Audi experience in the end.! Find another Audi servicer!
The owner did call me and he called with no resolution in mind. He wanted me to bring my vehicle back up there for service and not provide me with a loaner. He called me back to say the exact same thing I already heard. Just to write the review and say he called. They are crooks as I stated before. This situation has not been resolved and I stand firmly on my first review that the services at this dealership are unethical and should be avoided at all cost!
If Bruce or you were such good service men this would not be an issue. I have been there several times with my 2013 Audi which was in mint condition until now. I have had tires put on by this shop, back brakes, sensors repaired and now my front brakes. I’ve never had a problem before working with Bruce. I’ve never cared to know you or have any problems with anyone at your establishment. I will definitely go to another Audi dealership with my business from now on, but this will be corrected as it started from your business and has been paid for to your company. Again $5k later for brakes and my problem is of no urgency or concern to you. But you are a genuine service man. The definition must have changed. And my charges include things not related to the caliper and other noises from the brakes. Really. The only thing on the brakes your dealership did not fix is the rotors and 1 bearing. So if one week later it’s the rotors they knew one week ago I needed rotor's and a bearing. After $5k why not just add that in. And they never even put it in the recommendations. I just came to have my car fixed. Clearly that was too much to ask.

Rude staff, and does not honor services pre-purchased from another audi dealership even if Audi's website and app directed me to them due to geographic proximity. I go out of my way to avoid their service department.

Really not a good experience, Ive owned a number of different luxury cars over the years and you really do grow to expect a certain degree of professionalism and care at the dealer. After all, their heinously expensive so they have to justify the outrageous overcharging with at least a polite attitude. Every person I spoke to with the exception of the salesman at this dealership was just awful. I'm not as much concerned about the price that they quoted me on repairs as I am the way I was treated. I initially paid for a PPI to be done on a vehicle and we were 30 minutes early for the appointment. I thought it'd be a good time to take the car for a quick test drive and was told by someone in service that if we didn't bring the car in right this very second they couldn't honor our appointment (for 30 minutes) from now and we'd have to reschedule. After I threatened to leave the guy he relented.
Pretty much downhill from there, they have a very cool technology that they buy where they video the pre-purchase inspection and they do a nice job or at least this technician did. The problem is they refused to send me a copy of the report that I paid for. I had to call three times and gave them three different email addresses to send it to. I even asked them to fax it to me if they could. It was only when I threatened to come up there and get a physical print out then all of a sudden they showed up in all of my email accounts. If they didn't want to do business with me they could have just told me, but treating me like a jerk was a very bad move. I'll make sure that I leave a similar review everywhere I can on the internet. It's also that they are just low class people and you should go to any other Audi dealer and avoid these people at all cost.

10 months after purchasing a 2022 Audi Q5..The back qtr panel revealed paint peeling, chipping. Instead of FIXING it PROPERLY...they did a 5 minute paint over..the flaking paint. I would have ABSORBED some of the cost to properly fix..but "no!!" They did a SHABBY 5 minute paint over..HORRIBLE!! I cannot believe it!! I bought new VW's every 3 yrs for two decades...needless to say I've never had an experience like thus, and I'll never deal with Cascade for my new Audi, trust that. You should see the pics..you'd understand.

I have always had my service conducted at Audi of Cuyahoga falls because they always do only what I ask, and never “upsell” me on anything I don’t actually need or want. Due to the wonderful service over the years I decided to buy new with the same people. Chad was absolutely wonderful helping me throughout the sales process, was very patient, kind, and did not rush or push me into anything. He listened to what I wanted and found the exact car to suit all my needs and requests, even though it wasn’t easy…He is continuing to help me with any questions I might have post sale and really ensured that I was a very happy customer. Thank you Audi family! <3

My husband recently purchased a car from Audi, specifically working with Haley from the Cascade team. From the second we walked in, we were welcomed and treated as a top priority, despite numerous other clients (all being treated the same way) having been present. After a test drive and talking through the numbers, the decision was made to proceed with the purchase, and for the next two hours it was about educating him on the car and the technology so he knew exactly how to set the car up to his preference. After the purchase was made, Haley reached out a handful of times in the following two weeks to make sure everything was going well and he was still happy with his purchase, and even had their tech guy Noah come out to the house to help with a few items. Overall, the experience was top notch and the service provided by Haley could not have been better. Highly recommend using Haley and the Cascade team for your next purchase!

The showroom is great but showing signs of age. Purchasing goes well and everyone is nice. Once you hit the service department then everything goes downhill. They are backed up for ages whenever you want to get in and the techs seem to withhold information that would be a benefit for you to know. A lack of integrity in the back of the house is concerning and why I will not be returning.

I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process of buying a vehicle here. Haley was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The test drive was very informative. Finance was amazing, Jenna went thru so much work to help me get the payments to where it was possible. Finally, Noah the Technician who went into the deep dive of the new Spaceship I just bought did an amazing job. Very confident in the car and the entire dealership. Highly recommend, Thank you all!

Not impressed with this dealership at all. I walked in and people just looked at me like why am i here. I looked around at some on the cars and I heard a sales lady say people are liars. She had a customer call her and she said that he was going to come in and he never showed. She said he probably was a broke dude just wasting her time. Definitely won't be back here for sure!!!

Bruce is the man to go to when having your Audi serviced here! I took my 2021 A4 in and one service specialist took my car in and really didn’t give me updates and if he did, they were very vague and really didn’t answer any of my questions. Then it was handed over to Bruce and Bruce was on top of letting me know what was going on, if things changed and when my car would be done, he was very upfront very professional and I wouldn’t want anybody else handling my car other than Bruce, keep this guy around!

I was there the week of Christmas and they did a great job fixing my taillights and all around lights on my Audi a4 .. however I did ask for an overall service of my car just to make sure everything was working and would work properly down the road .. unfortunately after the drive home (which was 45 minutes away) and then a trip to the store , my check engine light came on .. and now I’m having even more issues with what I think to be the battery or alternador .. it’s just really upsetting how this could go overlooked and now my car can’t even make the trip to the dealership so I must go to a nearby mechanic .
