I’ve had a great experience at Bloomfield Apartments! The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the community feels safe and peaceful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

Bloomfield stands out from it's competitors with its beautifully maintained grounds. Equally impressive is the overall upkeep of the common areas and hallways. The management is proactive and genuinely cares.

The worst apartments in the city of trotwood the company is very prejudice to black and brown people there's only one maintenance man that cannot fix anything. All his job is to do pick up trash. The company won't install lighting in the complex so we have a problem with car theft lot of cars been broken into a lot of people have moved out and they moving out now is overpriced and is not up-to-date it doesn't have a garbage disposal and they have all them appliances. You can go down the street in trotwood for a better apartment please don't waste your time and your money at this place bless you have a problem with people and their dogs their dogs used to bathroom and they don't clean it up so if you have kids playing in the grass watch out for the dog poop all over and when the summer comes it smells like poop in the air this place does not care about the tenants the clean up crew only cleans up once a month the hallways smell like animals Bloomfield apartments is the worst apartments in Ohio in the United States of America

I just moved here a few months ago. It is a great location and tenants look after each other.
Chris, the community manager, goes out of his way to make sure things are taken care in the proper manner & timeline.
Above all, the rent is reasonable and I look forward to knowing some of the tenants, as well as, getting to know Chris, who is doing a remarkable job. Keep up the good work!

Very nice apartments. Well built, clean, plenty of storage and good sized closets. Very helpful when moving in. Very close to grocery, restaurants. Great for walking dogs.

The renovated apartments look great and feel new. The staff are responsive and always ready to help with any issues or questions. The neighborhood is quiet, which is nice. Would recommend.

The manager, Rob is so cheerful and always willing to help and listen. The ground are so nice and well maintained. The maintenance guy is so knowledgeable and knows what hes doing. Bloomfield is probably the best place in the area!
