I recently bought a used vehicle from BMW of Dayton and wanted to share my experience. I want to thank Nick & Zack for the smoothest, most convenient vehicle purchase I have had.
Nick was very professional and responsive as I was out of state making this purchase. He worked with me by helping me get everything I needed from my bank and preparing well ahead of time before I arrived. He is the best when it comes to communication and making things happen quickly and conveniently.
Zack was really helpful on the paperwork I needed to sign, very informative and professional as well.
These guys made me feel appreciated as a customer and I will definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future. Thank you.

The service is good… I have mailed them with my feedback as they didn’t address one of my main concern unfortunately no one at least replied me back for the email I have sent.
More over there is a part ordered by my request and they promised me they will call me and let me know when they receive it so I can pick it up. It’s been months no one called me they care least about customer issues

I recently purchased a used car through Steven, one of the salesman at Evans Motorworks. Steven was amazing in making the process as smooth as possible! He provided me with all the car’s information and pictures prior to viewing the car and made it easy to contact him if I had any questions. He always picked up the phone when I called and made it his priority to provide fast responses when he was busy. If you need any help purchasing a car, I would highly recommend asking Steven for assistance!

Highly Disappointed. I’ve had to take ‘22 X6 here almost four times in less than 4 months for the AC blowing hot air. Vehicle is still under warranty and numerous times I was told they didn’t see anything wrong. After taking the vehicle up there the four time I get told the vehicle needs a new part that is on back order. I have been driving around for over three weeks now with temperatures outside over 90s driving with all the windows down to keep cool. After calling to get a status, I was told there was nothing they could do and I have to wait on the part. Today it was almost 100 degrees. I love serving my country driving to and from work every day in a sauna. Is this the customer service I get from a luxury brand car. Think I might have to go back to Honda. And to think I pay for the extra maintenance package ??♂️
