(Long review) I will NEVER recommend yall to anybody i know. My family and I came in about a month ago looking at sofas. We initially had seen one on the website we liked, which is what brought us in. The couch we saw, however, was not on floor. So we spoke to an associate and ended up choosing a sofa on floor, which was our mistake at first because after discussing the final price of the couch we saw in store, and compared it to the couch we found on the website (the one we first came in for but wasnt on floor) AND carefully reading our paperwork (which stated we could change our mind before delivery any time) we decided to go with the couch from the website that brought us in. Changing the order though?? HORRIBLE experience. We got the run around on the phone by multiple people, multiple times. Had to go into the store 3 times, where they told us the order "would be changed. Watch for a phone call/email" only to receive the WRONG couch. Its actually not really even like the one we saw in store....now supposedly they are going to "rectify" this AGAIN by delivering the right couch in another week. But by this point i dont want either couch and i want out of contract. Horrible experience honestly. 0 stars but i cant give that low.

Great store great brand awesome workers great service beautiful products and unbeatable deals. Simple review but nothing much to say except i left a very satisfied customer oh and the free coffee is the cherry on topUpdate bought couches this time and can't say enough how great goof proof is when buying furniture for a house with a teenager and 3 young ones

Had our couch less than a month and the cushions were already broken down and looked awful! Had a technician come out to look at them and he ordered replacement cushions. Only received 2 replacement cushions for our 3 cushion couch. We are now returning everything! Don’t let the cheaper prices fool you. The quality is horrible and you absolutely get what you pay for. Don’t waste your time or money.

My salesperson Kurt, was the best! I shopped the inventory online beforehand, so I had some idea of the pieces I wanted to see. Kurt was knowledgeable of the inventory and location in the store. All parts of my purchase was a great experience !
