Had an excellent experience buying LVP for the main floor of our house. The installers were very thorough and there was no collateral damage to the walls or trim. The finished product looks great!

Found Bockrath through the BBB rating. What a great experience, from consultation to installation I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We wanted to replace the carpet on our stairs that coordinated with our current LVP flooring. We are so happy with the results.

By reputation I visited Bockrath and met with Dave who expertly guided me with my selection and coordinated every step of the purchase through installation.
Their reputation is well earned and did not disappoint. Rich and John my installers worked tirelessly to move all of my large furniture and meticulously produce a perfectly installed carpet throughout my house, without absolutely no damage from beginning to end. Guys like these are a rare find today, but they do indeed exist.
If you want a Pro-Style experience from beginning to end, this is your destination. 100% will use them again exclusively.

I hired Bockrath Carpet over a year and a half ago, and I still think about how great the experience was—I wish I had written this review sooner. Their carpet installers were fantastic and tackled a really tough job without complaint. The previous homeowners had done a DIY carpet installation on my half floor upstairs and glued the carpet directly onto stick tile. It took the Bockrath team an extra half day of scraping to get the old flooring up, but they stuck with it and still managed to finish the job the same day. I was so thankful for how patient, understanding, and professional they were throughout the process. The new carpet looks great and has held up beautifully. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bockrath to anyone looking for quality service and a team that goes the extra mile.

I was looking for a company that would do quality work and I am very satisfied that I got the best quality. Lisa was very helpful in providing a group of samples that was right on the look that I was trying to achieve. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier and my dogs also approve.

They have a large selection of rugs on site and others can be ordered. Good prices, good quality, nice staff.

Bockrath Flooring and Rugs is a very professional company. Rachel is a delight and was a great help to me in selecting the wood flooring. It typically takes me a long time to decide on colors, etc but with her interior design background Rachel had suggestions. The nice installers arrived when they said they would and the young man who did the trim was excellent, also.

This locally owned flooring store is terrific: super knowledgeable staff helped me make a stylish and appropriate carpet for our stair runner, and the installation was excellent. They should be a stop for anyone considering new carpet or flooring in the Miami Valley.
