Overall, this is a typical aging apartment complex. The Manager, Sandy, is great and tries to resolve issues quickly and she truly cares about her residents. The apartment is nice, but the outside of the buildings could use some fresh paint and siding repairs. With supply costs these days, I would expect a delay. Good place to live for your stepping stone to home ownership.

The apartment itself was okay all the appliances were new but the sliding screen door to the patio was not placed properly on the door and it had lots of holes in it, renter asked for a new one and the property manager stated she don't replace the screens

I have lived at Chateux L'Aigon for five years. I have been very comfortable and happy with my beautiful apartment. Management and maintenance have always been attentive and caring. This is more than a Apartment complex. Its a family community.

This place is a total scam!I gave a down payment for my unit and they basically ran off with my money. No one ever spoke to me again after they continued to push off the move in date so far out that I had no choice but to go elsewhere.I have read that this is a common complaint about this apartment complex.. takes money and promises to finish updating a new unit, then never lets you move in and never gives your money back.BOOOOO. 0/5 stars

So was suppose to move in there tomorrow and get a call at 6pm tonight saying we cannot move in because our townhouse is nowhere near ready. They haven’t done anything to our unit. We paid our deposit a month ago and no one was living in the unit. We have to be out of our current house by noon on Thursday in two days. So now we are homeless until we find a place to go. Our current landlord sold our house so we can’t stay any longer than Thursday at noon. Sandy who runs the office at this facility knew that a month ago when we handed her our deposit. She said it would be ready and we would get the keys on the 27th which is tomorrow. They had a whole month to get it ready for us and I have my reservation to pick up my uhaul at 10 am tomorrow, already did my change of address with usps, and our cable and internet is suppose to be installed tomorrow as well. We’ve tried calling sandy all day to see what time we could get our keys and she ignored us all day. I finally talked to her around 4 and she said she has not been in the office since Friday and she would call back. Well here it is at 6pm the night before and she’s saying we cannot move in because it’s not ready. Now how am I suppose to find a place in less than 12 hours to move. This place is a joke and completely disrespectful. We have a son and a dog with nowhere to go on such short notice because this place lied and hid the truth. We could have been looking for another place if she would have just been honest and upfront with us even a week ago. So now my family is homeless until we can get our deposit back and find another place to move to. This place is not professional whatsoever.
