I recently updated my policies with Ann Spitzer and couldn’t be happier with the savings in contrast to my previous insurer and level of customer service as we worked through keeping my coverages the same as I’ve been accustomed. Highest recommendation!

This agency has billed me for approximately 4 years after I submitted necessary paperwork to have my daughter excluded from my policy. They still have not fixed the problem. They would much rather debate and argue than pay back the overage! Run like Hell!!! Thieves!!!

Terrible. Do not use. Typical used car salesman. I switched my home and multiple autos from Allstate to farmers in may. The end of June I get a letter in the mail that they are cancelling my homeowners because I had my son's bicycle and a spare car tire in front of my garage. I called and the lady said correct and send pictures to remediate the issue. I was out of town at the time for 2 days. Came home and found a refund check in the mail. I would not recommend. And I will definitely not ever use farmers. I changed the channel if their commercial comes on.

Canceled insurance when I sold truck. Received a check from last payment. Then week later received a bill. How do you receive a refund then following a bill.

It’s a long story but suffice to say for professionalism, or gentle nature, and her quick wit and your caring nature made me feel great about doing business with her as well as confident that she had found the right insurance for me. Yesterday I got a notice from my insurance company liberty mutual. My insurance for my homeowners has lapsed. Call find out there was some confusion with the payment. Dentist your fall she had indeed terminated midnight the day before. I was devastated, nervous, and price some tonight app and I had no insurance.
When I explain my situation to my current carrier that I couldn’t pay again until tomorrow to call me back then with no sympathy. Was very sad as a long-time customer.
Inter-and Spencer. I called her because of the good review she has. She was a delight to speak to. She assured me she would be able to take care of me. And she did. After a brief interview in some time with some questions. She found the best insurance for me. And the best news? Was that she was able to get me new insurance for both my home and my auto for less money than I was paying currently.
In fact she called me back a day later to tell me she even found a better rate reduced my race once again. If you get a chance to deal with and do so immediately. My thanks
