My daughter took a bag off the wall and wasn't even given a chance to look at it before it was taken by the employee there. Didn't ask if we had questions or anything at all. But clearly didn't like that we took it off the wall. We were the only customers in the entire store, so she had time to allow us to look. The presence of security and this reaction by the employee leads me to believe that shoplifting is a problem there. If you can't see the prices and they don't want people taking things down to look at them, there should be a sign at least. I don't think we will be going back to the Dayton mall.

Fye is a good store with good figures, blind boxes, plushies, and candies and a lot of cds and dvd’s, I don’t go for the dvds but the figures are worth looking at, they often have the buy one get one half off deal but the problem is most of the stuff is overpriced as hell to where the deal the don’t matter unless your buying big ticket items to make it worth it, the blind boxes are definitely cheaper online do not buy them here id just go to see a good selection of what’s out currently

Do not for any reason sign up for any rewards with this store. It’s a scam. They will pressure you into signing up for a VIP rewards program and tell you that it’s free but only for the first month after that it’s $11.99. Upon getting in my car, I looked at what they handed me and saw this. I went in and talked to the person who signed me up and he said oh well you’re gonna have to call customer service to cancel it. Called customer service and they said oh we don’t have record of your membership. It’ll take 48 Hours for the system to update so call back then and this was a holiday weekend so I wouldn’t have been able to call them till Tuesday. Completely forgot about it. I just happen to remember after two weeks of doing this and emailed them and let them know about the fraud being committed by their employees. They have yet to respond.

I will never return to any FYE. BUYER BEWARE I purchased a record here. When I was checking out, I was signed up for their rewards program. They did not explain of it to me. A month later, I'm charged 11.99 for a completely useless subscription. I'm currently waiting for the cancelation email confirmation, it's been over 10 minutes. The 11.99 will not be refunded.

We were asked if we'd like to sign up for a rewards program for a free month, but failed to tell us they'd be charging the credit card after that every month. Do not sign up for anything when you make your purchase.

Who I believe is the manager followed my friend and I because she thought we stole. She found out she was wrong by us showing her the item. But we came into the shop later that day and she continued to follow us around. Along with this I have seen give attitude and be blatantly rude to coworkers/employees. Overall it was a very upsetting experience because she followed and harassed us.

Be careful coming to this store. An associate signed me up for their rewards program without telling me there would be a monthly charge. I had to call the customer service to cancel the program but when I went to speak to the manager today he just gave me a blank stare and could not offer me an explanation as to why the associate did this. No apology whatsoever. Unethical business.

I like this store but the Asian bald guy and lady behind counter made me feel very uncomfortable like they where watching me assuming I was going to steal, asian dude was watching me like a hawk felt like I had to hurry up and get what I wanted they keep staring at me and didn't think I would notice. Please do better, idk what that was about.
