We ended up not finding the perfect table, however their staff is super courteous and helpful! Jen was great, shared lots of information and was not in any way pushy. The store was laid out nicely and the furniture was sturdy and comfortable.

You have a rare jewel who is glowing with enthusiasm and has impeccable customer service skills. Jennifer greeted me immediately as I walked into the store with a warm smile and very eager to assist. Jennifer exemplifies what true customer service represents.I walked into another furniture store and the reps wasn’t as willing to assist and I was immediately not interested in patronizing this store. I’m glad she did as I would have missed out on a great opportunity to meet Jen and conduct business with someone who was more than willing to assist.Thanks Jen for your kindness! ?

Passed the "Homeless Test" with flying colours: I walked in with unkempt hair, baggy mismatched clothes, no makeup, no jewelry, American accent and they still treated me very well.
