Very disappointed with recliner. Had many lazy boy in the past ( sofa, love seat, multiple recliners) so maybe I didn’t check closely enough. This one is cheaply made and does not operate smoothly.

Once again Lay-Z-Boy was the most fantastic solution in needing a quality couch. I bought the perfect recliner from your store. But I had a couch that fell apart. Our sales lady , Sarah was very informative and helpful! She took alot of time with us and explained all the details of each recliner we looked at. We were very grateful to have such a professional person help us ! The prices of the recliners were more reasonably priced then anywhere else we had been. The quality of their furniture stood out from all the rest.

Wonderful gals to work with! Very helpful loved the in home consultation! The 3D layout of my room with new couch and rug was perfect! I just got product tiday! Delivery was perfect. Set up quick and drivers very cordial and efficient!

We stopped by and didn’t realize they closed in about 20 minutes. I had been shopping online but did not want to buy a new recliner until I was actually able to try it out. I looked around tried several recliners. Becky came over to assist us and was very helpful. She took her time with us and helped me find that was perfect for me. I wasn’t ready to buy it that night so she printed me a form with all the info on the chair I was looking at along with the sale price and the couple upgrades I was deciding about. A couple days later I stopped by and Becky was in and again answered a couple more questions and we finalized my order. Can’t wait to get my new Lazy boy recliner in about a week. Thanks! ??

Morgan was great with helping us make our decision. When we decided to come the next day to make the purchase we decided to not get some of the items become the sofa we sat on was making weird sounds and don’t want it to happen with the new set. Can’t wait to get our custom sleeper sofa in few weeks.
