09/2024: 5+ Month, still waiting.
07/2024: 3+ months now but still waiting for fix.. Worst customer service by Morris Home.
06/2024: It’s almost 2 months, but there is no update on the fixing the product yet. Worst service by Morris home. Would not recommend at all because of cheap quality and worst service.***
05/2024: Within a year the my recliner has broken which I purchased from Morris home. It’s been more than a month since I reported the issue but still keeping in progress. I already follow up multiple times. I got a response that it could take several months too as their supplier doesn’t response to them on time. Was not aware that they sale cheap quality products and have unprofessional suppliers.

I came here to browse while I was at the mall. I didn’t buy anything, but Robert was extremely nice — he introduced himself and followed up to see if I was still doing okay. I’ll definitely be back and hopefully purchase something! Great customer service.

I've never google reviewed before, but my salesman suggested I share my experience. I was impressed with Tim! I was only browsing and prefer to do this by myself. So I honeslty didn't expect, or really want to work with anyone. So when Tim approached me I told him that I wasnt making a purchse today, and that I was only in the store to get some ideas. What initially annoyed me, but impressed me at the same time, was Tim didnt just walk away from me when I told him this, and from my experience, most commission based employees do just that, and then you never see them again. I honeslty expected Tim to do that too, but instead he nonchalantly asked what ideas I already had, my color scheme, and the room I'm looking to change. He's good, because like I said, I really didnt want to be bothered by anyone. So, I decided to let him in, and walk me around, and he has a great eye. Now I just have to decide, and I will be back soon. Can I work with Tim again?

Morris has the hands-down best value on furniture in the Dayton area. We've been to 10 different furniture stores and they all were not only double the price but nothing was in stock in the other stores. If you are on a time crunch and want good furniture for a good value then save yourselves days of looking and just go to Morris.

Brenda from the Dayton Mall was an outstanding person that helped me select a new mattress. Unfortunately when it was delivered there was no plug or legs. I have called multiple times with no answer. Even left a message. Very frustrating

Spent $13K in furniture in one purchase. Part of the purchase was 2 couches that we had to wait 3 months for. It took 5 months to get them and I am not sure we would have ever had gotten them if I had not called weekly after the 3 month mark, and each time the same sales representative was rude. When they were delivered the crew was extremely unprofessional and did everything wrong possible. One top of that one of the couches was broken. Was told they would call the same day for repair, not replacement. Took 10 days for the call and the appointment was 7 days after that. The technician came out and looked at the couch and said the controller is bad, which is what I told them initially. Now we are waiting another 3-5 days for another appointment to actually fix it, again no replacement. Talked to the manager several times and haven’t even got a “sorry for your inconvenience.” Don’t buy anything from this store or the company.

JT was so kind and helped us pick out a really nice mattress and bedroom suite with his suave techniques the deal was crazy good. We bought a floor model and are so happy! Would definitely recommend you ask for JT he was so fun and helpful!!!
