My wife and I have had a climate controlled storage unit to keep all of things in for a little over a year. It is clean, well kept, and the customer service was excellent. The manager, Lee Ann, is an absolute sweetheart! A great experience overall and we highly recommend!

We love using the Wilmington Avenue location. The staff are always so helpful, friendly and available. Even if they miss your call, they call you right back, never making you call them again. We have had smooth and easy transitions when we first rented a unit as well as upgraded in size. The facility is always clean and well maintained. A great place to keep your items needed stored.

Perfect experience for the handful of months I needed storage while finding a place. Staff is extremely friendly, personable, and helpful! They are also very understanding with payments and while they have their requirements and some fees if you're late, they accept partial payments and truly do not want to see your stuff go to auction. 5/5 will go with Storage Inns if I ever need storage again!

Had a unit here for 4 yrs and the grounds are always clean and well kept. Hallways always well lit and temp controlled. Very security minded and Lee Ann is very professional, kind, and knowledgable.
