After a terrible experience with the Beavercreek location, we brought our business to the Centerville location. It was easy, painless, and quick! The managers were very helpful and the sales representative we worked with was kind and informative! They definitely went the extra mile to be sure we were taken care of.

Jeremy Speakman was an amazing sales consultant. He was helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy! Which we appreciated! We told him exactly what we needed, the measurements, and the budget that we were working with. He was able to help my mother who is retired, and on a fixed income, find the absolute perfect furniture for her smaller home that she could afford. He gave her great financing options. We would highly recommend Value City Furniture, and ask for Jeremy.

I bought some very beautiful furniture at a good value! Kathy the manager made my buying experience pleasant and outstanding! The delivery men delivered and set up my furniture. They took great care and pride in their job and set up everything the way I wanted it! I hadn’t shopped with them in over 10 years. I love value city furniture and recommend to everyone!

Floyd was an excellent salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different recliners, which was greatly appreciated. Kathy, was outstanding she assisted us with our recliner, and was very accommodating. I am very satisfied with my order. I will not shop at any other furniture store. They were very kind and knowledgeable. The delivery service was wonderful. They were considerate when placing the recliner in my home. I would highly recommend Value City Furniture for your next purchase. I cannot recommend highly enough. You can buy furniture from any store, but you can only get excellent customer from Valley City.

We had a wonderful experience. Robin was helpful and friendly and so patient with us. We spent about 2.5 hours in the store and always felt taken care of but not pressured. We got one item at full price and 2 on clearance, and Robert in clearance was also very helpful. We will be coming back for all furniture needs. Thanks!
