Dwayne Bickham Sr. Is a very kind & caring person. He was very helpful when my Mother & My Stepfather passed away, he was very supportive from day one & I was very pleased with the excellent work that they did with my loved ones. It appears that the reviews are all or nothing. We got the nothing end. My father in law passed away on 6/14. As of this review he still is waiting to be cremated because a signature cannot be secured. No contact has been made to update any one. I have had to initiate all contact. I was told calls would be made that never were and then I was told I could call the doctors office myself to try and resolve the issue today on 6/23. When payment was made on 6/15 it was done in a manner like purchasing groceries from a local store. I’ve worked in the funeral industry in Amarillo, TX and have had many family members pass away and I have been shocked by this process. Full disclosure I did not select them my mother in law did. We are from Florida. She based it solely on price and I suppose we may be getting what we paid for. I hope you’re experience will be better if you choose this facility. I use facility on purpose. This is not a funeral home by any stretch of the imagination.Thank you for getting back to us finally. My father in law passed away in 2020 and it’s good to see a timely well reasoned response to our concerns. God bless your future endeavors. 1/22/22

We lost our mom very suddenly and the staff here was very caring and helpful!!! She didn't have any life insurance. I called many Funeral homes and this one was by far the most reasonable!! Everything went so smoothly and I Greatly appreciated their help and respectfulness!!!

Last year on November 21st, i lost my only child. She was only 30 and left behind a small child. Very emotional to lose a child.I was treated with respect and honesty. They answered all my questions and were very upfront about everything.Thank you for being so caring when i was going through one of the worst times in my life.

On February 23 my mom passed away unexpectedly, I am the only child and my mom didn’t have life insurance. I called 3 places and W.E Lusain was my 3rd call. First one was a little pricey, 2nd one the gentleman wasn’t compassionate at all, and then my call to the third one was to Randy at Lusain! From the time Randy answer he was so compassionate, he listened to me and he gave me time. He was there through it all it’s like in a weeks time he became family. Being so I never done this before, Randy guided me every step of the way with my mom. Randy and his team made my mom look as if she was resting peacefully . Lusain Funeral Home was by far the 5 star ⭐️ of my darkest days . Randy made the celebration of life for my mom as easy and less stress and beautiful as ever. I will recommend Randy and his team to anyone who has lost a loved one . Randy I thank you from the bottom of my heart, you will never know how much you gave me peace and comfort in my hardest time when it came to saying farewell to my mommy❤️

I was so saddened today because my friend's mother passed away unexpectedly and her and her brother are DEAF. It's such a huge loss for them losing their mother at such a young age and then not having an interpreter for them . The funeral home was informed and given the telephone number and location where they could contact an interpreter for them. The funeral home said they would take care of it. I am beyond broken hearted for them! I am mortified that they had to experience saying goodbye to their mother and not being able to be involved like the rest of the family and friends for there LAST goodbye and all the things that were said about her that would make them remember all of her love and all the people that loved her and they missed it !!! They can never reclaim this time ever and I'm sure they will never forget this for the rest of their lives!

Randy was wonderful! He was available the day my Mother died. The price was so reasonable that it beat every other funeral home by $1000.00. He met my timeline and was so kind and professional. Not only was this affordable Randy went above and beyond to help us in planning my fathers service as his wife and our family didn't see eye to eye on things Randy did his best to make it work for all of us and it felt like Randy was taking care of one his own family members . I couldn't have had a better experience in such a sad time thanks Randy for all you did !!!
