I want to recognize Lynette Beardsley at the Defiance branch. Even with this pandemic shattering lives, she made it so easy for me to open an account by answering all my questions and providing me with the materials to make an informed decision. She always answers my calls and replies to my emails in swift fashion. I really appreciate her and knowing I have someone who treats me as a human being rather than a number means so much to me.
