Mathew was an absolute gem to have working when we brought 5 kids and a baby in to pick out their Build-A-Bear characters. He spoke to each child like they mattered and was so kind. He enthusiastically held their attention while having all of them go through the heart dedication. What a great experience!

Ordered a build a bear through the mail and it came from this workshop. Nothing is wrong with the bear itself but the FedEx driver who delivered it sucked. They didn't deliver it the day it was supposed to come for some reason (I'm assuming because it was barely raining they didn't even get out of their truck) but the following day it was dropped off on my porch with no other issues. They didn't even knock btw I had a note out there asking for them to knock and they just didn't. Maybe just use USPS?

The store was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. My daughter had a great experience at this location.

The manager Cynthea is AMAZING!!! She was able to help me get some Build a Bears I have been looking for, and was so kinda and sweet. Could not recommend the staff here enough. Thank you so much!

Took my niece because it was her birthday and both our first time ever at build-a-bear ...I just wanted to say that the employee who greeted us was an amazing soul. He explained everything from beginning to end and got my niece super excited about her hello kitty plushie. All in all, our first time definitely was a great memory, so thank you!!!

My son has his birthday party here and it was so cute. They did a wonderful job. He turned six, there were kids aged 3-8. It was easy for the parents, very smooth, the bears were obviously adorable. I felt it was pretty affordable compared to alternatives. It's clearly not the cheapest option, but it's by no means the most expensive and it's very inclusive. Loved it!

My girlfriend and her daughter and I went today for her daughter's 18th birthday. Matt helped us, and he was a delight!I've personally never been there before, and somehow managed to feel like a kid again. He was super helpful, funny, took a group photo, and it was overall an excellent experience!
