Excellent Customer Service and friendly people!
On Friday April 5th I was heading into work early. As I was coming down Hayden Ave, I hit a pothole and blew a tire. I was referred by a co-worker to go to Moe’s Tire Service in East Cleveland. I wasn’t able to go due to my schedule for that day. So I had a friend take my car up there to get a replacement tire. They did replace my blown tire. However, I discovered the tire they replaced was a smaller size than my original tires. Since they were closed I had to come back the next day. I came back on April 6th and explained to the mechanic what happened. He looked at my tire and was completely confused as to why someone put the wrong tire on my car. I showed him the receipt and told him I wanted a new tire. He apologized for the mistake and told me to just pay the difference for the brand new tire. I was extremely happy with this! Thank you for the excellent service. I will be back soon!
