We own a Winnebago Travato, which is converted from a Promaster 3500 van. Our chassis air conditioner went bad. Most auto repair shops won't touch it with a 99-foot pole because it was converted to an RV. When I called Friedman, they didn't bat an eye. They got us in the next day. They had to order a special part and were actually able to find it even though the dealerships had it on a 2 week back order. Once they got the part, they fixed the air conditioner that same day. The price was what I expected to pay. Customer service was great. I will use this repair shop in the future again. Now we can get back to our coddiwompling.

I purchased a 2024 Mustang GT from a dealership with clean carfax, I brought the car in here for an inspection and they were able to show me the car had been in a serious accident and repaired poorly. I was able to return the car to the dealership, without their inspection id still have the car and be out of thousands in lost value.

Customer service was great! I called on a Monday, after calling several other mechanics who didn't answer their phones or respond to voicemails that I left. Dale said, "bring your car in first thing tomorrow and I'll take a look". He was very polite and professional when I arrived. He diagnosed my car and told me exactly what was needed within a few hours and he did it without charging me a penny. That's so unheard of these days. I'm working on getting my transmission and I will definitely have it installed here as well as any other repairs I may need in the future. I'll be referring all of my family and friends as well. It's the little things for me. Dale thank you!

Wonderful all the way around. Called in the morning needing a battery put in my car. I was told I could come right in. It all took less then 5 minutes start to finish. Wonderful service. I'll be bringing my car needs to Friedman!!

I recently acquired a 2012 vehicle, and once I got it home, I realized there was no left front blinker/left parking light. I searched for car light install/light repair near me, and Friedman came up. I filled out the online appointment request, and within 20 mins, a very pleasant woman called me to confirm my requested time. I brought it in, and the owner worked on it till he found the and corrected the issue, a very difficult and exhaustive search as I understand. I also had them install new LED headlights , brakelights, and foglights. All turned out amazing, and I am very pleased with the service I received. He ran to one or two small snags and presented me with options to complete the work and even accepted and implemented my suggestion for the final wiriring. I had to leave it a few days since the left blinker issue took time to locate.But, installing the 3 sets of lights only took a few hours. They did well keeping me updated once he found the solution, and I was able to pick it up and get on my way.He also installed an aftermarket fuel door for me, I love this car! Summer '23!!!Thanks!

Brought my car over 4 times to fix an oil leak and a misfiring engine. My car is still misfiring. The gasket that was supposedly fixed was done incorrectly and was discovered by another mechanic when I refused to bring my vehicle back here. The mechanic actually found what was actually leaking in my vehicle and it took him once to do so. Because of this gasket “fix” I now have acquired 2 leaks that need to be addressed. Please do yourselves a favor and take your car somewhere else or pay a little more money and take it to the dealership. Horrendous experience
