Absolutely awful customer service!! Didn’t rotate my tires after I payed for it and took it back in multiple times after them not doing it. Called the next day apologizing saying I could bring it now but didn’t offer refund. My schedule doesn’t work around them not doing their job!

Conrad's was great! I thought the alignment was off on my car, only to realize that I had driven over a nail which poked a hole in my tire. I called this morning and Conrad's was able to get my car in and fixed my tire in a few hours. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I will definitely go back.

I had my car at Conrad's downtown Elyria back in December for new tires, oil change and alignment. An employee went through my vehicle and stole two checks and proceeded to write the checks to themselves and forge my name and cash them at the bank to the tune of $550. The police got involved and the employee abruptly quit. Those tires are now ready to rotate so I took it there today and they changed my oil but never rotated my tires. I had marked the tires ahead of time to be sure it got done. This is infuriating and I will never go back to this store again!

3,200.00... later and 3 trips in dropping off the car and the noise I brought the car in for is still there! Took it back again and now it gonna be another 300.00!!!???!!

Dave in Elyria is a veteran with Conrads .He helped me get the right Windshield Wipers for my Dodge Van .He has been with them over 20 years.He goes out of his way to treat you like family.

Worst service ever. Takes two days to change two tires and 6 studs. Ordered tires two days prior to taking it in, so that wasn’t the reason. Then kept changing their story of what needed done and what got completed. Girl working had an attitude from the time I walked in. They even tried to keep my spare tires and rims. Get home and my jack is missing from the bed of the truck. Tailgate was open on truck when I arrived to get it and it was parked outside. I stopped going here five years ago due to horrible service. Tried them again, and same horrible service so I will be taking my business elsewhere. $900 and two days of it being there for two tires and six studs…..I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Wife was quoted $1,800 for new breaks and rotors for a 2011 ford rangers. Yea that’s right almost 2k for breaks and rotors. The moment I went and questioned the kid behind the counter he dropped the price to $1,200 with a coupon he pulled out of thin air. Save your time and money and go to a shop that doesn’t take advantage of women they find knowledgeably vulnerable.

I walked in at 8am on a weekday without an appointment, Chris and Ron set me up with 4 new tires for an excellent price and had it done by noon. I had an appointent with Firestone but when i got there the doors were locked and no one was answering the phone. I had taken time off work for this and I'm so thankful Chris and Ron were able to fit me in! And the tires/install were much less expensive than what Firestone quoted me for. Thanks guys!! You're the best!
