Great Customer Service. Was on
a Budget and Trisha helped me get a nice affordable phone with case and screen protector. As for the service, it's 50/50. I have to turn on airplane mode to reset the data because the internet doesn't want to work for some reason and I've had some calls drop as well. It may be the 5G UC. Not sure, but 4G works better to me.

I came here on 2/12/23. Lady was nice and efficient, but a scammer. I signed up for new service at this location and the lady added on some sort of insurance without me asking for it or telling me she was doing so. She added on a "premium bundle" for $16 a month, which was some sort of insurance I didn't ask for nor want. Spent awhile today on the phone with customer service, trying to get that removed, backdated, and credited back. Thankfully they did after escalating the issue. Customer service said they will investigate this store for fraudulent practices. Beware if you go here and ask for a printout of any changes on your account and before paying question every charge.

Went to the one on Dixie hwy in Fairfield Ohio .. The lady that helped us was the best she was was so sweet n kind best customer service I've ever experienced she needs a raise .her name is Nickie and she is awesome ❤️

Do to an awesome employee Trisha, I recently had the most excellent customer service ever. I had a complex situation and needed a new phone asap as I lost mine. She was so patient with me and honestly felt like she cared. Ive never had bad service at this store but this was more than five stars. She went above and beyond for me . I have been meaning to write this review for a month, but couldn’t access google.

I went to this particular store and ask what's the best cell phone I could get the salesperson in the store pointed me at a particular phone I asked him are you sure this is a good phone they assured me it was this was 6 months ago it's a 5G phone and it works worse than the 4G phone I had this is the worst phone I've ever had I've been up there probably 10 times and I asked the people can they exchange my phone for a different one they told me I would have to buy another phone do not shop at this place they don't give a s*** about you all I want is your money I don't care if they get mad my name is Jay Kendall they know exactly who I am
