Had a flat roof on a room addition to my home that was leaking. I know it was not a big job but it had to be fixed. Rick treated me with respect and gave a great quote. Rick at GRT Roofing is the best. We were having an issue with our roof heading into the weekend and were scrambling to find someone to stop out to help us. Rick was out ASAP and helped with a quick patch on our roof. As an insurance agent I can tell you that it can be challenging to find a roofing company that can provide an honest estimate at times but if you are looking for a local company, that will prioritize your needs, and provide and honest and fair estimate and solution, Rick and GRT Roofing are the best in the area. GRT Roofing installed new soffits and gutters on our house and did a remarkable job. The crew showed up on time and did an incredible job pulling down the old, replacing facia and boards as needed, and tightly fastening the new. The lead crew person, LJ, was very friendly and on top of everything from start to finish, paying close attention to detail and making sure it was a solid job. They even repaired and sealed an area where boards were loose and topped it off with new siding, as well as installing a chimney cap and repair to an attic vent. We were particularly impressed with the crew that installed the gutters and downspouts, their knowledge and expertise of runoff areas and accommodating areas that needed more attention. GRT Roofing offered a very good price for a job well done. Would definitely recommend them.

Rick was great with the inspection, easy to get a hold of over the phone, and had no issue with a small project we added on last minute. Him, LJ, and the entire team did a WONDERFUL job replacing my soffits, gutters, a chimney cap, attic window, and a piece of siding. They were quick and efficient throughout the 2 1/2 day job, replacing any rotten boards underneath the fascia, and any other small requests we had. 10/10 service!

GRT Roofing is an absolute gem! During heavy rains, we noticed a tiny leak around a vent pipe on our roof. Our sales representative provided a detailed explanation and answered all our questions. GRT kept us updated through text messages and photos, and the crew arrived promptly on time. They promptly fixed the leak, painted the vent pipe to match our new shingles, replaced the roof, and cleaned up. They treated my property as if it were their own.

My parents live in Westlake and had GRT remodel their home. They did their roof, gutters, siding, and windows. They were very happy with the affordable price and I was amazed at the high quality of work. The new windows and siding make the house look brand new. Something often overlooked, the crew was respectable, fast, and did a great job cleaning up.

I’m taking the time to write this as a BIG thank you and to show my appreciation for GRT Roofing’s help and excellent work.
I was lucky to have the chance to speak with a sales associate from GRT Roofing before the August 2024 storm that hit Ohio. The associate happened to be walking through our neighborhood on a sunny day as part of their marketing outreach. You know how it goes—after storm damage, all kinds of companies start knocking on your door. We chose GRT because of the professionalism the sales associate showed that day.
GRT Roofing answered our phone call right away and immediately began the process of assessing our roof for replacement. They advised us to have one of their representatives present when our insurance adjuster came for the inspection. I even rescheduled the appointment to make sure both the GRT rep and the insurance rep could be there at the same time. I didn’t need to be home for that inspection.
(Quick tip: first remember to contact GRT roofing before your insurance. Second, remember, your insurance rep works for the insurance company you’ve been paying—don’t be shy about asking to reschedule or even request a different rep who fits everyone’s availability.)
Because the GRT Roofing rep was present during that inspection, everything went smoothly with the insurance company.
They scheduled our roof replacement promptly, and the team that did the work was fantastic—very friendly and did a high-quality job.
I was so impressed with GRT Roofing that I recommended them to my cousins next door, whose house suffered even more damage—both to the siding and the roof. Unfortunately, they had been let down by two different companies. One company told them to get a lawyer after lab results showed obsolete roofing material. Another didn’t even provide a quote, saying it was too “complicated” to determine a final cost but my cousins wasted valuable time hoping that company will keep the promise.
At first, my cousins’ insurance company only wanted to replace half of the roof. Then they offered just $2,000 for partial siding and window repairs—which was frankly a joke—and even suggested using a different color for the new roofing material, despite lab results proving the current material was obsolete. That insurance company was very difficult to work with.
Finally, in November, my cousins gave Todd from GRT Roofing a chance. My cousin informed the insurance company that Todd would be representing them from that point forward. The insurance company sent an estimator for a second inspection, and guess what? In December 2024, my cousins received a full roof replacement.
Ask for Todd when you work with GRT Roofing.
He knows the industry, understands how insurance works, and is well-versed in Ohio law. He will stand by you and work with your insurance to make sure you get the roof and siding you deserve—especially when you’ve been faithfully paying your insurance premiums.

We recently had our roof replaced and the entire process, from the estimate to completion, was outstanding. Todd, who managed our questions and scheduling, was incredibly helpful. The crew was punctual, respectful, and professional throughout the project. They left the worksite so clean that even our neighbors commented on their professionalism.
