I purchase an infinity bracelet it broke in two days $74.00 a piece I called to get it fixed I have to make an appointment to get it fixed because she is booked I mean how long does it take to pickup a link and quick weld it maybe 1 to 2 minutes 25 mile drive arhhhhh I’m madOkI made the appointment to get the bracelet fixed another 25 miles traveled, to be told she was not going to fix my bracelet because of my google review, So why did I need to make an appointment so she could be rude to me in person? She said she was giving me my money back ! Not a good way to do business I’ve never done a google review before but I guess only good reviews are allowed. Otherwise Roo Barb will not do business with you. Oh yes it is true! Don’t telling people otherwise!

Got a permanent jewelry bracelet and it broke 5 days later. Offered no refund, just to drive an hour again to get it fixed.
