Great service, fair price. Aaron went above and beyond trying to resolve a problem I didn't even know I had, at no extra cost to me. My only complaint is they aren't closer to my home, and I'm not even sure that's their fault.

Now I see why they have so many poor reviews! They wouldn't tow my car even though I'd already paid through State Farm for them to do so. They said I had to be there or give them the key. I said I'm on the phone with you right now and I give you permission. She said I had to sign. I said send me a text or an email and I will. She said no you have to in person. Seriously? What century are we living in? I guess that how backwards rural Ohio works!Ohhhh someone got their feelings hurt! See below. My car is dead and I'm just going to junk it so I don't give an F what you do to it. My business is the government, since you asked, so I hope you have all your books in order. You make a lot of assumptions representing my thoughts in your response. And guess what? They're all wrong. The car was unlocked and it can be put in neutral without the keys. I didn't leave them there bc the good ole boys (your relatives?) at the garage were armed and there was no way I was leaving my keys with them. So what on earth am I trying to get for nothing? YOU ALREADY HAD MY MONEY! So despite your pseudo-intellectual rant (to put it charitably), nothing you said matches the truth in this case. But don't take it from me, Yelp readers, take it from the other one star reviews here.Maybe if you were a little smarter and kind (like the woman on the phone there) then maybe you wouldn't get hosed so often, but keep on doing your thing. Oh and by the way, a docusign document, with digital signature takes about 30 seconds to prepare and upload. I'm sure you're way too busy for that though.

Horrible horrible place. Called to get stuff out a car that my stepdaughter crashed and was told "maybe you shouldn't wreck your car" when they wouldn't reakeas personal items out of the car. Advise OSHP to NEVER tow with Elliston. Awful

Blew 2 tires on interstate 71. Their service is good, but I wouldn't recommend their towing. They wouldn't tow our vehicles and they were willing to leave one of us stranded in the pouring rain and cold because they could only haul one of us.

Had to get a tow to the shop. Josh was very efficient, professional, and nice! Couldn’t have had a better first time towing experience! Would use them again and highly recommend to anyone in need of a tow.

I made it exceedingly clear to the woman I talked to that my car could not be towed to me without a call to give an ETA and they simply disregarded this, despite her assurance that they would call.

We had to call Elliston Repair after our daughter had a fender bender to get a tow. From the gentleman answering the phone to the tow truck driver, they gave top notch service. They were quick, professional and kind. Thank you Elliston employees for your hard work!

They got me in quick, got the parts ordered quick, and got my car repaired quick. I had no negative interactions with anyone. Nothing but great communication.Now, my problem is that I didn’t even make it home before my car threw another check engine light. I opened the hood and poked around a bit and they forgot to reconnect the air charge sensor and they forgot to reconnect the grounding wire. (Shown in picture).Aside from that, everything else about this business was satisfactory to me. I’ll be contacting them on Monday if the check engine light doesn’t go away. But I think I’ll be fine.Thank you!

I'm from Florida and we come a small town and southern hospitality. We came to shop to have some air put in a tire and the guys there were more than helpful. Taking time out of there frustrating day to hp with no charge. Yes I could have went to a store but I'd rather keep small business in busines. Sometimes the kindness will pay off.
