I have enjoyed working out at performance therapy fitness. I went in with knee issues and not being able to walk up and down the steps very well. Within six weeks pain is gone from walking the steps. I feel like I am getting stronger and I’m looking forward to being able to hike again and play Pickleball. Kevin has been great to work with and easy to talk with. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable from the get go.

I had limiting movement and had fractured my ankle earlier. My overall strength and endurance has improved in just a 5 week period attending 3 time a week. Great staff.

I called Performance Therapy Fitness to help with joint pain and movement as well as weight loss and fitness. The experience has been very positive. Joint pain is greatly improved, movement is better, increased strength and weight loss. Staff is great and qualified. They are encouraging and in tune with individual needs and abilities.

At the recommendation of my chiropractor, I signed up for 3 mos. with PT Fitness. I have now extended for an additional year. I workout for an hour 3x a week with a trainer, usually Demetri, & sometimes Austin & Kevin. Within 6 weeks, I have seen a significant improvement in strength, which isn't easy at age 75, and, importantly, without injury. The trainers are knowledgeable and capable of giving individual attention to multiple people with similar goals...improving strength and stability. The ambiance is upbeat and the self-scheduling system excellent. I highly recommend this program for anyone seriously interested in improving fitness levels.

My wife Becky and I have been coming together every week a few times a week and it has been absolutely awesome, we feel better and enjoy our time getting in shape together !

My doctor recommended Performance Therapy Fitness for back and knee pain to get me moving again to aid in weight management after struggling with disordered eating. I cannot say enough about the program Kevin, Austin and Janel provide. After only a few months, I am now able to stand for small amounts of time without pain, my knee has become stronger, I’ve learned so much about wellness and caring about my own physical and mental health. I’m truly becoming a different person with this program in a safe, healthy, supportive and fun environment! I can’t wait to see where they take me in this new found journey in life!

I've been working out with Coach Austin. He is friendly and attentive. I never feel judged because of what i can't do. Most of all, I feel so much better! I hate exercising alone and even though I don't know most of the people, I never feel alone! We are a community!

I love this place. Austin has been my trainer since I started the program. He may have multiple clients at the same time but he never misses a beat with the personal attention given to each one. He explains what we're to do and how to do it...always makes sure we're okay.. Modifications are made if someone cannot do an exercise the typical way.. He meets us where we're at. The staff is so friendly!

I've gone here since July of 2023 and gained so much strength and improved balance within the 55+ program. I've never gotten attention like this in a workout for years.
I had an injury in Dec that caused me to have to take a break. But, I used every ounce of what learned in the recovery and the docs were pleased at my recovery.
I'm back to the workout after 2 months of recovery.

This program has really help me increase my strength and confidence. I truly appreciate the help and expertise of the trainers. They go above and beyond to meet you where you are and make you feel comfortable . I definitely would recommend to anyone/everyone who wants to get in better shape.
