I called to transfer a Rx due to my regular pharmacy being out of the regular brand , the pharmacist literally tells me " yea, no problem, we can fill with the regular brand, when I got to the pharmacy they gave me the exact brand that I have an allergy to, and now just stuck with the uncomfortable symptoms from the brand they did fill with. The staff was rude, unprofessional and made a decision based on a stigma rather than the welfare of the patient. Shame on you Holzer. If our "medical professionals " won't stop stigmatizing patients bc of their mental health meds, how do we expect the public to ever stop. For shame Holzer. THIS IS AFTER THE PHARMACIST SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME THAT YES THEY HAD THE WHITE TABLETS, THIS WAS THE NOTE ON MY BAG THE NEXT DAY!!

never give an exact time I have been here for a hour and half was told 30 minutes then go check turns into a hour 30 minutes after waiting now after waiting 45 more minutes told another 30 minutes.. Son has pneumonia doesn't feel like waiting 2 hours for medicine..

They went the extra mile to do the research and saved us a lot of money. Exceptional service and patience. I switched my primary pharmacy from across the street after experiencing the service here. Great job!

They only have 1 person working the register. When people are sick you don't feel like waiting in line that's literally out on the hallway and only one person working
