The first time we came we had a good experience, the second time not so much. Brought my son in yesterday for a “trim”. Waited for 25 minutes after my set appointment time for a choppy, uneven haircut a week before his 2nd birthday party. We will now have to pay someone else to fix it! Booking so close in time between other clients shouldn’t be an option if it can’t be accommodated. I’m sure if I showed up 25 minutes late for my scheduled appointment I would have been told I needed to reschedule. Won’t be returning to this location

We love going to cookie cutters. Olivia is the best. My son loves going and getting his hair cut. Thank you so much Olivia for always doing a amazing job. :)

I just want to say thanks to Olivia for being so sweet calm understanding and accepting to our son. Our son is autistic high needs nonverbal and we took him in to get a cut, he usually does well but this time he was more sensitive to what was going on and was feeling overwhelmed and scared. She spoke to him with a sweet voice working fast and encouraging him the whole way through. He loves his new hair and looks great! We appreciate her genuine kindness.

I have to say I drive over 20 miles to have Cara to cut my son’s hair. She’s so professional and gets the cut done in a timely manner. She’s AMAZING! I will come to her every time

I absolutely love my sons haircut! It's exactly what I asked for but I really hate it now because he definitely is his dad's twin ?? Thank you to the ladies who cut my baby Graysons hair. He was such a handful but you handled so well and I can't ever thank you enough.

We called to check if walk ins were welcome and hour before closing on a Monday. They said, "come on in."This was our 3 yr old and almost 5 yr olds first in-salon hair cut, they usually have at home cuts. Cara was very pleasant, asked detailed questions on how we wanted their hair cut, and did a great job.Our 3 year old loved watching monster trucks while he had a short cut and Cara made him comfortable with this new experience.Our 5 year old didn't initially want to get a haircut, but Cara made her experience more exciting with a braid and glitter. She loved it and I don't think we'll have any problem convincing her of a haircut in the future.Thanks again, Cara!Services: Kids' cuts

Absolutely terrible service. I booked a first appointment got there on time and the stylists ignored me after checking me. Serviced other kids and ignored me. I spoke up 10 minutes after my daughters appointment and they said sorry we will see where she is at. 5 minutes lady the stylist was ready. In no way shape or form would I trust someone who has that much disregard for my time to cut my daughters hair. I believe her name was Dakota. The stylist even knowing she was late for her appointment with me showed no urgency to right that wrong and just casually was walking around. Also the employees just kept making the excuse that they had received requests for the people who walked in after me to certain stylists. Which tells me the girl they were giving me clearly was not a wanted or desired stylist. I had booked to have my daughters first haircut, which if you are new mom is a big deal or was to me. What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience turned to me walking out. I would not suggest unless you know for sure which stylist you want - which as a note was not an option given to me when I booked my appointment. Saving grace for the poor showing of his employees is the owner Chad. He called to apologize- goes along way. Thank you Chad.
